お砂糖はダメよ~~というお話しです!?
Sam-san brought very healthy and delicious brownies. He also brought his home roasted coffee. It has special aroma. We talked about new WHO guideline, “Sugar is toxic!” サムさんが特別なプレゼントを持って遊びに来てくれました! 砂糖抜きの手作りブラウニーと、手作り焙煎した香りのよいコーヒーです。 サムさんが作ったブラウニーには、体に良い食材しか入っていません。アボカド、ひよこ豆、くるみ、豆乳、ココナッツ、チョコなど。おいしい!! そしてWHOの砂糖に関する新しいガイドライン、砂糖の毒性について、サムさんから、とくとくと講義を受けました(笑)~~はーい!? 健康と美容情報〜夏対策③〜
今回は熱中症対策の為のお話をします。 東京消防庁によると、東京消防庁管内では、平成25年7月と8月の熱中症による救急搬送人員がそれぞれ1400人以上だったそうです。 とても多い人数で驚きました。 テレビで熱中症になりやすい行動を紹介していたので、紹介しようと思います。 ①水分摂取が足りない →日中だけでなく、夜間にも注意が必要です。 寝ている間は体調の変化に気付きにくいので、特に注意が必要です。 私たちは寝ている間にも汗をかきます。 夜中にトイレに行った際は体内の水分がかなり減っているので、必ず水分をとるようにするといいそうです。 ②水を飲みすぎる →水を飲み過ぎると血中のナトリウムが薄まり筋肉の痙攣が起きやすくなります。 そのため、水だけでなく塩分も一緒に摂るといいそうです。 ③ビールを沢山飲む →ビールは利尿作用があります。 そしてアルコールを分解するために水を必要とします。 その為、脱水状態となりやすいのでしっかりと水分を取る必要があります。 ④帽子をずっとかぶる →帽子をずっとかぶっていると、頭に熱がこもってしまいます。 時々風を通すと良いそうです。 ⑤汗をふきすぎる →汗は体を冷やす為に出てきます。 出てきた汗をすぐに乾いたタオルで拭いてばかりいると、体が冷えなくなります。 冷たく濡らしたタオルで拭くといいそうです。 65歳以上になると感覚が鈍くなり暑さが分かりにくくなるそうです。 祖父母は冷房をなかなか入れないので『28度以上になったら、暑く感じなくても冷房をつけてね』と声をかけています。

健康と美容情報~夏対策~
これから日本で流行っている美容グッズや健康法などを紹介しようと思います。 今日はアームカバーを紹介します。 日本の女性は「日焼けしたくない」と思う人が多いようです。 「色の白いは七難隠す」ということわざがあります。これは「色白の女性は多少顔に欠点があっても、それを補って美しく見える」という意味です。こんなことわざがあるほど日本人は白い肌を好むようで、街でもよく「美白」という文字を目にします。 夏は女性も半袖を着ます。半袖だと、肘から下が日焼けしてしまうため、それを防ぐアームカバーというものがあります。 この写真の商品はUVカットです。アームカバーは100円ショップや300円ショップで購入することも出来ます。 薄手でUVカットの長袖のカーディガンを羽織る女性も見かけます。 私は色黒より暑さの方が嫌なので、あまり使うことはありません。私の母はいつもカバンに入れて、外に出る時だけアームカバーを着けているようです。 写真は、自転車に乗っている私の右手です。 Health and beauty info – summer ideas I’d like to begin introducing you all to some beauty products and ideas for healthy living that are popular in Japan.
