１２０グラムのレトルトご飯です。お鍋で蒸します。簡単！もち麦ごはんも好きですが１５０グラムしか売っていません。私にとっては１２０グラムが理想。台所に器具を並べて置くのが嫌いなので炊飯器は捨てました。電子レンジも使いません。食パンは冷凍しておいて卵焼きフライパンで焼いてオリーブオイルとバターをつけます。手軽で美味しい！（美智子） This is a 120-gram pack of precooked (retort) rice.
