今日は、賀来さんと早田さんが善行に来て、 チーム・ナコスの演奏会のリハーサルをしました。 練習後は、善行の「さんわーく　かぐや」へ行って、 藤田さんや原さん達と、楽しくお話をしました。 Today, Kaku-san and Hayata-san came to Zengyo, and Team NACOS rehearsed music. After that, we went to Fujita-san’s place and had a good time as well. Zengyo, Fujisawa-city

藍子さんの銀座での展覧会、最終日、 皆さんと楽しくお話をしてきました。 また、八重洲ブックセンターで、 池田純子さんの本を見つけて嬉しかったです。 It was the last day of the Aiko-san’s art exhibition in Ginza. We had a good conversation at Gallery Nayuta. Also, I was glad to find Ikeda-san’s books at a bookstore. Ginza, Tokyo

藍子さんの銀座展の前に鶯谷へ。。。 殺風景でいかがわしい路地裏をおっかなびっくり、 行きつ戻りつ、凛とした佇まいの子規庵に辿り着く。 We went to Shikian before going to Aiko-san’s art exhibion in Ginza. Masaoka Shiki (1867 – 1902)was a poet and critic of the Meiji period in Japan. Shikian is the former residence of Masaoka Shiki. Negishi, Tokyo

なかやま整骨院で、１５回目の治療です。 マッサージと、電気と、スーパーライザーで、 懲りを気持ちよくほぐしていただきました。 I received another treatment and massage from Nakayama-san today. This is my 15th time visiting to their clinic. They treated to loosen the muscles by using hands and machines. I felt very comfortable. Fujisawa, Fujisawa-city
