私の住む街から、初めての道をどんどん歩いていきました。 すると、このような田園風景になりました。 無人踏切を渡ったところに、電車が通過しました。 これは、小田急線です。 風見鶏ではなく、「風見馬」も美しく撮れました。東西南北　（とう ざい なん ぼく） ここは、乗馬クラブでした。

足の裏を刺激して、むくみ解消です！ その名も【健の路】です。 痛いけれど気持ちいいです。 略して、痛気持ちいい（いたきもちいい）です。 毎日踏んで、健康への第一歩を歩みます。

散歩の途中に小さな栗畑がありました。 藤沢は何気ない緑が多いせいか、長く歩いていても疲れません。 何気ないと言ったのは、雑草や木々や残された森があるからです。 店頭には秋の味覚が並んでいます。野菜も果物もどれも新鮮です。 ていねいに育てられたことがよくわかります。ていねいな味がします。 日本の秋は、目の楽しみでもあります。

先日、Menchie’sというフローズンヨーグルトのお店に行ってきました。セルフサービスで自分の好きなフレーバーやトッピングを選び、好きなだけ盛り付けることができるので、なんだかワクワクしました。(東京スカイツリーにあるLemson’s のような感じです。)ちなみに、この日私たちは、mud pieとnew york cheese cakeをいただきました。甘過ぎず、サッパリとしていて、美味しかったです。:)
