今日は休日。 最近少しネガティブな感情が渦巻いていましたので、リセットするためにお出かけしました。 久しぶりにショッピングに行きました。 素敵なパンツを買ったんですが、たまっていたカードのポイントを使ったら、なんと250円で購入できました！ そして帰ってきてからヨガ教室に行きました。たくさん深呼吸して、すごくリラックスできました。汗もたくさんかきました。 リセット完了！
