スパゲッテイ瓜の中味は如何に？というご質問がありましたので、早速、きょうの夕食はスパゲッテイ瓜料理にしました。半分に切った瓜にオリーブ油を塗り塩胡椒して、華氏４００度（摂氏２００度）のオーブンで４０分焼くと出来上がりです。そのまま食べてもおいしいですが、今回は干アプリコットとレーズンとクルミ入りのドライカレーをかけてみました。

今日は、江ノ島にあるケアホームに招かれてヴァイオリン演奏をしてきました。 皆さん大変喜んでくださいました。 この施設は江ノ島駅から徒歩数分のところにあり、江ノ島に面しています。 海岸でサーフィンを楽しむ姿を見て、ハワイを懐かしく思いました。 （中村美智子）
