今日は、キショールさんが仕事のあとで善行に来ました。
小話の読みと確認、漢字のチェックなどをしました。
又、ナコスファミリー（電縁仲間）に、メールで送る為の
秋のご挨拶カードもアイデアを出して作り始めました。
Kishore-san came to Zengyo after work. He spoke his short story in Japanese carefully, and I checked it. Also, we talked about making an Autumn greeting card that we will send by email to NACOS family.

リコーダー吹きの賀来さんと早田さんの為に、曲を選んで、
チーム・ナコスの演奏会について、お話しをしてきました。
また、賀来さんが天使の折り紙を、サンプルで作ってみました。
クリスマスコンサートでのプレゼントです。素敵だと思います。
I’m making a concert program for Team NACOS, so I chose some music for Kaku-san and Hayata-san. Kaku-san made a sample of a paper angel as the Christmas gift at our concert. I think it’s a good idea!

昨日、藤田さんのかぐやへ行った時、
原さんが、鶏の世話をしていました。
そして、生みたて卵をキショールさんが頂きました。
烏骨鶏（うこっけい）の卵は高級品です！
今日、キショールさんに写真をもらいました。
「原さんの目はきれいだから、顔の体操をしてください！」と、
私が原さんの魅力を引き出している写真もありました。
原さん、昨日はありがとう！
We went to Kaguya and talked with Fujita-san and Hara-san, and I posted pictures yesterday. Today, Kishore-san gave me some more pictures that he took. I told Hara-san to raise her head because she has charming eyes. That was very nice!

キショールさんが、自転車で善行に来ました。
善行は丘の上にありますから、良い運動になります。
そして、小話を丁寧に読んで、漢字を書きました。
Kishore-san came to Zengyo by bicycle. He read his short story carefully and wrote kanji as well.

サムさんとエリーちゃんと藤沢駅で待ち合わせて、
話しながら、駅の南の方を、ぐるっと歩きました。
We met up with Sam-san & Elly-chan at Fujisawa station. And we talked many things while walking near the station.

今日は、キショールさんが善行に来て、
ナコスメソッドの日本語を確認したあと、
藤田さんの運営する施設「かぐや」へ行きました。
休日にもかかわらず、藤田さんと生徒さんの原さんが、
私達を歓迎してくださり、施設内を一緒に歩きました。
また、キショールさんは、自分の小話を丁寧に話しました。
We went to see Fujita-san in my neighborhood. She is an owner of the welfare facility, called Kaguya. Today, Kishore-san visited with us. Fujita-san and her student Hara-san showed us plants and animals. We had an enjoyable time!

ナコスメソッドの日本語学習の確認をしました。
また、キショールさんが行きたいといっていた店に
一緒に歩いて行きました。
Kishore-san came to Zengyo after work and we checked the progress. We also walked to Mutsuai because he wanted to buy children’s wear for his daughter. I helped him to choose.

掛け声で町は沸き立つ夏祭り

The first Matsuri that I experienced in Japan was the Aoi Matsuri in Kyoto so by the time that I did experience the Matsuri in Hadano I knew what a Matsuri was but I was still surprised on how it happened. I was in the dive store with my wife finishing up some work and all of a sudden I heard loud noise of people yelling and drums beating from far off but soon it got very loud. I opened the widows in the front of the store and looked down to see a great crowd of people waking past and knew right away it was a Matsuri. Nobody told us there was one because everybody thought we already knew! My wife and I went down and joined in on all of the festivities and one of the memories I have of that night was going to the Unagi stands and eating lots of Unagi which is one of my favorite foods! I had a lot of fun and I was able to enjoy the Matsuri every summer that I was in Japan.
私が日本で初めて体験した祭りは京都の葵祭でした。秦野に住んでいた時、当初、私は、日本の祭りは体験済みという気持ちでいました。しかし、初めて秦野祭りのお神輿を見た時は驚きました。その日、私は妻とダイビング店の後片付けを終えたところでした。すると、遠くの方から、大勢の人の声と太鼓の音が聞こえてきました。それは、ドンドン近づいてきました。私の店は二階にあったのですが、私は通りに面した窓を開け、下を見下ろしました。祭りだと、すぐにわかりました。しかし、その日、祭りがあることを誰も教えてくれませんでした。皆さんは、当然、私達も知っていると思っていたそうです。私たちはすぐ店を閉め、祭りに参加しました。その日の一番の思い出は、鰻の屋台へ行って、大好物の鰻をたらふく食べたことです。本当に楽しいひと時でした。その後、私たち夫婦は、毎年、夏の秦野祭りへ行きました。

店の前を封鎖して、神輿（みこし）が、3基通ります。
曽屋神社には、一番組、二番組があり、
その他に、御門地区の八坂神社のお神輿が出ます。
パルさん一家と、藤沢駅で待ち合わせて、
藤沢市民会館の公園まで、話しながら一緒に歩きました。
カコリさんとスレアちゃんに、日本語を少し教えてあげました。
そのあと、本屋さんでキショールが日本語の本を買いました。
We met the Pal family at Fujisawa station and walked together. I taught some short phrases in Japanese to Kakoli-san and Sreya-chan at a park near Fujisawa civic hall. We had a good time. After that, we went to a book store. Kishore-san bought a Japanese book.
