今日は、ヴァイオリンと、早田登さんのリコーダーで、
バッハの協奏曲と、コレルリのラフォリアを合わせました。
ついつい昼食も休憩も忘れて４時間練習してしまいました。
今日の練習場所は長後でした。音楽は楽しい！
Today, Hayata-san and I practiced music in Chogo. We enjoyed to play Bach and Corelli, so we forgot to take a short rest during four hours rehearsal.

なかやま整骨院で、今日は８回目の治療です。
力強いマッサージと優しい電気の治療を受けました。
長年のヴァイオリンによる、首筋や背中まわりの
硬い凝りがほぐれていきます。気持ちが良いです！！
左足股関節の痛みと凝りは頑固です。頑張ります！！
I received another treatment and massage from Nakayama-san today. This is the eighth time. It was so good as usual.

今日は、ご近所の藤田さん「かぐや」さんに、
クリスマスのお食事に招待していただきました。
施設のお庭で、皆さんと楽しいお食事をしたあと、
小さなヴァイオリンコンサートをしました。
前田さんは楽しい踊りを披露してくれました。
楽しいひとときを、ありがとうございました。
Today, I was invited for a Christmas lunch by Fujita-san at welfare facility called Kaguya. I enjoyed talking with them and had delicious meal. After that, I played the violin for them. We had a good time together.

なかやま整骨院で、７回目の治療です。
力強いマッサージで、硬い凝りをほぐしてから、
近赤外線スーパーライザーと電気治療を受けました。
岩のような凝りが羽根になっていくようでした。
今日は、治療中、気持ちよくて眠くなりました。
I received another treatment and massage from Nakayama-san today. This is the seventh time. At first, I received strong and good massage. And then, I was treated gently by using electrical therapy. It was so good!! I felt like becoming feather from stiffness rock, so I became sleepy.

海が泣く最後の旅路魚待つ
うみ が なく さいご の たびじ さかな まつ
After many attempts the fishing boat was finally taken off very early in the morning before the tour boats came and it was towed out into International waters. I was very lucky that a friend of mine was driving one of the boats so he sent me pictures and a video of the final moments. I was so happy that the conditions were so beautiful. Even though they were out about 12 miles or more the ocean was like glass. I was surprised that I was very sad to see it get sunk. Because of human error its life was cut short. When it sank slowly under water the other boats blew their horns as in a final salute which was a very nice gesture. Now it has reached its final destination as a home for the fish.
ダイヤモンド・ヘッドの沖合いで座礁した漁船は、早朝、何回も引き上げ作業が繰り返された後、遊覧船などが来る前に、やっと引き上げられました。そして、国際水域まで曳航されました。幸運なことに、私の友人が座礁船を牽引するタグボートの一隻の船長だったので、最後の瞬間の写真とビデオを送ってくれました。海の状態が非常に良かったのは嬉しいことでした。船は、ワイキキビーチからおよそ２０キロも沖合いなのに海面は波もなく鏡のように凪いでいました。私は、沈みゆく船を見て、悲しい気持ちになったことに驚きました。人的ミスの為に、その命は短くなりました。船がゆっくり海面から姿を消した時、他の船は警笛を鳴らしました。最後の礼砲のようで素晴らしい意思表示だと思いました。座礁船は最終目的地に着いて、これから魚の住処になります。

座礁事故から約２ヶ月経ちました。
船は、海の底で、魚の住処になります。
今日は、キショールさんが善行に来ました。
年末年始にナコスがEメールで送るご挨拶カードを、
２台のコンピューターを使って、デザインしました。
いろいろ話し合いながら素敵なカードを作りました。
Today, Kishore-san came to Zengyo, and we discussed the design and made a season’s greeting card by using two computers. NACOS will send by Email.

サムさんと藤沢駅で待ち合わせました。
エリーちゃんは今日も元気いっぱいです。
南口の商店街を歩きながら話しました。
We met Sam-san at Fujisawa station, and we walked on a shopping street while talking. It was fun. Elly-chan was happy as well.

背中まわりが軽くなりました。

今日は、善行の２つの幼稚園を訪問しました。
かぐやの皆さんが、心を込めて作ったプレゼントを、
可愛いサンタクロースになって、子供達に渡しました。
ヴァイオリンと打楽器で、音楽の贈り物もしました。
My neighborhood, Fujita-san and her students at welfare facility of Kaguya, and I visited two preschools in Zengyo, today. And they gave Christmas presents to children, and we played music as a gift.
