なかやま整骨院で、１２回目の治療です。
痛かった背中の凝りがほぐれてきました。
今日は、気持ちよいマッサージのあと、
偏平足用のサポーターを買いました。
試してみます。
I received another treatment and massage from Nakayama-san today. This is my 12th time visiting to their clinic. Besides the treatment of back and legs, I got foot arch supporter. Because I have flat feet.

バリーさんが出張から戻って来ました。
ナコスメソッドの日本語の取り組み方を確認するため、
今日は、横浜のバリーさんの家に行ってきました。
バリーさんは、小話を丁寧に何度も読んで、
自然で美しい日本語になっています。
またスカイプでもチェックしていきます。
Barry-san got back from a business trip. So we went to his house to confirm NACOS method. He read his short story in Japanese many times, and I checked it. He spoke beautifully and he will memorize it. I will continue to check progress via skype as well.

今日は、サムさんと藤沢駅で待ち合わせました。
駅の南口の道路を歩いて、藤沢市民会館を通り、
川沿いの道を歩きながら、色々な話をしました。
We met Sam-san at Fujisawa station and walked toward south. We went to Fujisawa civic hall and walked along the river. We had a good conversation.

Unfortunately the shark has a reputation for being evil and a fish that should be killed off. I think that this is very unfair because the shark does what a shark is supposed to do and that is keeping the balance of the environment by killing and eating the weak and sick. If there were suddenly no sharks the balance of nature would be thrown off and we would have too many fish of other species which would in turn cause a lot of damage to the environment. There are already examples of this in parts of the world where the sharks have been almost killed off for their fins. Although they sometimes travel in schools, they more often seen hunting alone. I have seen them so many times over the years and I really believe them to have a special kind of beauty that no other animal has.
気の毒なことに、鮫には悪い評判があります。鮫は、邪悪な魚であり、駆除されるべきだと言うのです。これはアンフェアー（不公正）だと思います。鮫は、鮫のすべきことをしているだけです。鮫は、弱い生き物や病気の生き物を殺して食べることで、環境のバランスを保っています。もし、急に鮫がいなくなれば、他の種類の魚が増え過ぎて自然のバランスは崩れ、多大な環境破壊の原因となります。世界のある地域では、既に、このような例が発生しています。フカヒレスープの材料として鮫が乱獲された地域です。時々、鮫は群れをなして泳ぎますが、殆どの場合、単独で餌を捕獲します。私は何年も鮫を見てきましたが、他の動物にはない特別な美しさがあると信じています。

この鮫（さめ）は深いところを泳ぎます。
泳ぐことで海水から酸素を取り込みます。
前進することを止めると死んでしまいます。
なかやま整骨院で、１１回目の治療です。
昨日と今日の治療で、痛みが楽になりました。
右の背中から、肘と指まで痛みがありました。
股関節周りも十分にマッサージして、
２日間連続の治療効果が出ています。
今週末、元気に過ごせそうです。
I received massage and treatment from Nakayama-san yesterday and today. This is my eleventh time. Good treatment relieved pain, so I will be fine and happy during this weekend.

左肩の方は、凝りがかなり緩んできたそうです。
痛みのある右肩の凝りも気長に治療しています。
私が、症状や、痛みの部位や理由を伝えると、
裕樹さんと千佳さんは、丁寧に優しく耳を傾けて、
誠心誠意、治療してくださっています。

今日は、音楽のために、長後に行ってきました。
今年もチームナコスの演奏会がたくさんあります。
私はメンバーが楽しめるプログラム作りをしています。
早田さんはバロック音楽が好きです。張り切っています。
お正月には俳句を送ってくれました。私も返句しました。

１月２２日に、藤沢に初雪が降りました。
積もった雪は、翌日、溶けていきました。

We had the first snow in this winter on January 22nd. However, it has melted the next day.

寒川町で青木さんと会ったあと、
サムさんと藤沢駅で待ち合わせました。
商店街の通りから、川の方まで歩きました。
歩きながら、色々な話をしました。
After we returned from Samukawa-machi, we met Sam-san at Fujisawa station. We talked about many things and laughed a lot while walking.

寒川町の青木さんのお宅を訪問しました。
先日、お会いした時と同様、
エネルギッシュなお姿に、こちらも元気をいただき、
大いに刺激を受けました。
瓢箪や竹を使って、新しい作品作りに
知恵を絞っていらっしゃるご様子です。
熊手七福神を頂きました。
Today, we visited Aoki-san’s house in Samukawa-machi. He is full of energy and making new bamboo products and gourds. These are unique and useful items. Thank you for a unique lucky charms made by bamboo and gourds that bring in good. It was very nice seeing Aoki-san again and he really inspired me.
