外歩きミーティング

辻堂で賀来さんの作品を見たあと藤沢に戻りました。
藤沢駅の前で、サムさんと待ち合わせて、
歩きながら色々な話をしました。
After we returned from Tsujido, we met Sam-san at Fujisawa station. We had a good conversation while walking.

辻堂で賀来さんの作品

賀来宏之さんが絵画展に出展しているとのことで、
今日は、辻堂海岸のカフェまで行ってきました。
心弾むような色彩は、賀来さんの心の色だと思います。
Kaku-san told us about an art exhibition in Tsujido. So, we went to see his three art works. I feel that he would create the color coordination of happiness.

演奏会のあとで

江ノ島の鵠生園でコンサートをしたあと、
みんなで片瀬山の向山さんの家に行って、
お茶をしながら楽しいおしゃべりをしました。

江ノ島の鵠生園でコンサート

今日は、江ノ島の鵠生園でコンサートをしてきました。
この施設で、チーム・ナコスの演奏は、９回目でした。
清弘さん、向山さん、賀来さん、キショールさん、
演奏や楽しいお話をして、皆さまとの素敵な時間でした。
鵠生園の職員の方が写真をたくさん撮ってくださいました。

Today, Team NACOS had a concert at Koseien in Enoshima. This was our 9th time visiting there. At the concert, we enjoyed talking with the audience too. Thank you for everything!

大阪から清弘さん

今日のチーム・ナコスのコンサートのために、
清弘さんが、大阪から飛行機で飛んできました。
朝、善行で、良い打ち合わせができました。
清弘さんは、歌のリード役です。
Kiyohiro-san came by plane from Osaka in order to play music at a concert as a member of Team NACOS. This morning, we had a good meeting before we go to the concert.

善行の蝉丸さん

善行にある和のアンティーク店「蝉丸」さんの家に行きました。
馬場さんが、お庭の小花を切ってくださり、持ち帰りました。
I went to a Japanese antique shop called Semimaru in Zengyo. Baba-san cut the little flowers from the garden and gave it to me.

Haiku Poem – 江ノ島巡り

coffee raises spirits
tea found journey peaks
beer rewards finish

島巡り飲んで歩いてよく着いた
しまめぐり　のんであるいて　よくついた

(Michiko version)
上り下り喉を潤し島歩き
のぼりおり　のど を うるおし　しまあるき

This day began with a trip to Enoshima. This was my third time to Enoshima so I knew that this small island had a big hill with a temple on top. This time, we began our tour of the island by going to a coffee shop at the base of the hill. We drank iced coffees and talked about studying Japanese. This lifted our spirits and prepared us for climbing the hill. Then, we took a path which wound around the side of the hill. This path took us to the ocean. The ocean reminded us of Hawaii. As we climbed further toward the temple, we got thirsty again. We tried to purchase bottles of green tea but the vending machine ate our money! Fortunately, we found a way to get the tea from a local shop for no additional charge. Thanks to the kindness of the local shop owner, the refreshing tea helped us to reach the peak of our journey both physically and emotionally. After we made our way back down, we stopped at Kua Aina restaurant to eat Hawaiian burgers. The cool, crisp beer that was served with the meal was a well deserved reward.

　善行訪問二日目、私たちは江ノ島まで遠出することにしました。江ノ島に行くのは三度目だったので、この小さな島のてっぺんに神社があるのは知っていました。ところで、今回の江ノ島巡りでは、まず、島の入り口にある喫茶店に行くことにしました。そして、アイス珈琲を飲みながら、今後の日本語学習について、じっくり話をしました。この喫茶店でのひと時は、私の気持ちを高揚させ、これから島の頂上に向かう心の準備の時間にもなりました。私たちは、山腹を螺旋状に取り巻く緩やかな道を選びました。この道を上り下りして歩き続けると、目の前に晴れ渡った青空と真っ青な海が広がりました。海はハワイの海を思い出させてくれました。さらに、神社に向かって登り道を進んでいたのですが、喉が渇きました。自動販売機があったので冷たいお茶を買う為にお金を入れました。しかし、商品が出てきません。幸い、少し先にあった売店の親切なおばさんに事情を話すと、気の毒がって追加料金なしでお茶を下さいました。頂いたお茶のお陰で元気を取り戻し、しかも、清々しい気持ちで頂上に辿り着くことができました。そして、麓まで下りた後、ハワイアンバーガーを食べにクアアイナ・レストランに行きました。ハワイアンバーガーとすっきり味のよく冷えたビールは、当然の報酬と言えました。

Palさんとのプロジェクト

今日は、キショールさんが川崎から善行に来ました。
美しく自然な日本語を身につけていくために、
ナコスメソッドの方向を話して確認と激励をしました。
キショールさんは短期間で目覚しく進歩しています。
Kishore-san came to Zengyo from Kawasaki-city, today. In order to acquire to speak beautiful and natural Japanese, we talked about the direction. And we encouraged him and confirmed. He is working to refine his Japanese with NACOS method.

なかやま整骨院で治療

なかやま整骨院で、今日は２０回目の治療です。
治療を始めた半年前と比べると、大きな変化があります。
岩のように硬かった背中まわりが柔らかくなりました。
メンテナンスをしながら、左足股関節の痛みも治します。
I received another treatment and massage from Nakayama-san today. This is my 20th time visiting to their clinic. It’s very efficiently!
