今日はハワイはハロウィーンですね（＾＾） ハワイのハロウィーンは、どんなかんじですか？？

わたしは　います ここに　います

今朝、「歌舞伎雀」がベランダに！ 毎年気温が下がり始めるとちゃんとやって来てます。正式な名前は「white throated sparrow　（白喉雀）」ですが、黒白の線が歌舞伎の隈取りのようなので「歌舞伎雀」と呼んでいます。 他にも、縞模様こそ鮮やかではありませんが、鳴き声のうつくしいsong sparrowがこの季節にお目見えします。これらの目を引く雀は2週間くらい滞在すると、また姿を消してしまいます。。

診察のあと、「今日はどこで写真をとりましょう？」と、ドクタークオさんとクリニックの中をウロウロ。診察室とは別のクオさんの部屋の壁の前に立ってもらいました。アメリカのドクターは、たいてい、医師資格を得た大学修了証書を壁に掛けています。このごろの日本ではどうでしょう？ １０月にクオさんは日本旅行をしてきました。青森、佐渡、東京などのツアーです。とても楽しかったようです。そろそろナコスで日本語を習う気になってきたみたいです。しかしその間、私は病気になりました。シンビコート（Symbicort）というお薬が役に立ちました。この薬は優れものだと思います。日本でも使用許可になっているでしょうか？ クリニックのドアや室内にはハロウィンの飾り付けがいっぱいでした。

Reel-to-reel tapes　と言ってもピンとくるのはある世代以上の人たちでしょう。ＣＤが出る以前はもっぱらテープで音楽を録音したり聴いたりしていました。このテープを後生大事に箱につめて東京からハワイそして本土と持ち歩いたのですが、それも本日限りとなりました。 夏の間野菜を育てた鉢類をすべて納めるにはベランダの倉庫は小さすぎるので、地下の駐車場の収納庫を片付けることにしました。収納庫を開けてびっくり。、テープがぎっしり詰まった箱のことはすっかり忘れていました。テープデッキがなければテープを聴くことも出来ないとわかっていながらも、何十年（！）も持ち歩いた事に、夫ともども唖然。これが潮時と廃棄処分しました。 実はまだＬＰの詰まった箱が２つあり、どうしたものかと頭の痛いところです。
