寒さ対策

冷えに負けすでに靴下二重履き ひえ に まけ　すでに くつした　にじゅう ばき この1週間で急に冷え込んできました。 私は冷え性なので、すぐに手足が冷たくなります。 まだ本格的な冬には程遠い気温ですが、靴下一枚では寒いので、二枚履いています。 病院のユニフォームは半袖で生地もペラペラなので、すごく寒いです。 だから中から温めるのが一番です。 同僚には、今からそんなに寒がってたら、冬はどうするのかと聞かれますが、大丈夫です。本格的な冬になると、ズボンの下に厚手のタイツを着て、その上から更に靴下を二重に履きます。シャツのしたには薄くても暖かい素材の下着を着て、貼るタイプのカイロを腰、背中、お腹に貼り、更に腹巻をします。そして、生姜など体を温めてくれる効果のあるものを食べます。 これで毎年、冬をしのぎます。。

雪帽子皺よらぬうちまたかむり ゆき ぼうし　しわ よらぬ うち　また かむり 陽子 毛糸の帽子と手袋におさらばしたのは５月の初めでしたから、実は６ヶ月余は経っていて、その間に暑い夏も大いに楽しんだのですが、雪が戻ってくると直ちに生活は雪モードに変換。喜ぶべきや？　悲しむべきや？
