今日は地元の友達の結婚式です。
いろいろ楽しいことも
中学生らしいドロドロしたことも(汗)ありましたが、
とてつもなく優しい友達なんですねぇ。
姫路に向かう電車からの眺めがきれいですねぇ。
海が穏やかだぁ。
思いがけないことに、喉の痛みが改善したぁ(泣)
思いがけないことに、たった今、職場から電話かかってきたぁ(汗)
電車内やから出られんかったけど…昨日なんかやらかしてたんかな…。
うぅー o(_ _*)o やな予感。
気持ちを盛り上げるべく、「lifetime respect女編」
聴いて結婚式モードにしてます(汗)

今朝のウオーキングは温度こそ華氏２２度(摂氏零下６度）でしたが、
風はたいしたことなく終わり頃は手袋を脱ぐほどでした。
釣り人の絶えた公園はリスの天国となっています。

It is always interesting to me to see the different contrasts of this island. For example this morning I was coming from Kaneohe towards Nacos the weather was grey, cloudy, and rainy. However, as soon as I crossed over the Pali into town it was sunny and beautiful. I think that it is why I like living in town, but I do like the rain and contrast every now and then.
何だか悶々とした一週間の日勤だった。
何か、自分も反省点がたくさんあるし。
上手くかみ合わないスタッフ。
チーム間もチーム内も。
何か周りもキレてる人多い。
一番腹を立てている看護師は今日は飲んで愚痴るらしい。
その愚痴の中に私のことも多分に入っているだろうけど（汗）
何か憂うつ。
早く風邪も治したいけど、今日もどんどん声が出なくなってるし。
さえない一週間でした。まぁ、こんな時もあるさ。
いかん。
気が抜けとるわ。
風邪のせい？…にしてるだけか。
全く…仕事の抜けが多すぎる。
いつもならやってることを、ふぅっと素通りしてる。
オペ後のベッドサイドにモニター設置するの忘れてたり、
点滴準備しとくの忘れてたり、計画書の処理間違えてたり…と初歩的なことばかり。
まだ今のところ、取り返しのつく「うっかり」で済んでるからいいけど…。
大きなミスにつながらないよう…とろみどりのオデコに黄信号点滅。
ピコーン、ピコーン（￣□￣）
Visiting mount Takaosan was pretty cool, but very tiring at the same time. Going there me and my girlfriend must have walked a total of five or six miles or so. Maybe less or more but it felt tiring since we were walking on an incline and had to sometimes climb stairs. When we were there there there was also a little monkey zoo and a temple. There were many attractions along the way until you get to the top. At the top of mountain you were rewarded with a beautiful view of the mountain greenery and most importantly the beautiful fall foliage (turning red because of the autumn season), koyo. Like any touristy area in Japan, there are also many omiyage store, restaurants, and food stands so you can never come unprepared for the walking adventure. Another cool feature of was the ski like lift that also makes the trek up the mountain easier. I believe there was also a cable car but we didn’t ride on that.
今週末、梼原というところで家庭医道場なるものが開かれます。もともと国保の病院で院長をしていた先生が企画したもので、臨床に近いところで病気に対するいろんなアプローチを考えたり、いろんな考えを互いにぶつけあおうというもの。
国保と言えば、諏訪中央病院も国保の病院で、先生は、鎌田先生とも国保の会議等で一緒になったことがあるそうだ。まだ試験段階だが、学校が力を入れて推進しようとしているプログラムなので楽しみだ。懇親会では、町長も来て話を伺えるみたい、梼原は山奥の僻地だけに地域医療に関する貴重な話が聴けそうだ。

Today I was awakened by a huge storm passing over Honolulu. The Lightning was bright and the thunder was so loud that it was setting off car alarms. I always like to count how many seconds until the thunder booms after the lightning, at times it was one to two seconds after.
出勤する時に通る川沿いの道が
今ちょうどきれいに紅葉している。
紅葉並木だぁ〜
乾いた心と眠たい脳にいい刺激です。
今日も自然に癒される自分です。
あ、紅葉といえば京都に行ってないや。
もう紅葉終わっちゃうかな？？
春は桜、秋はコスモスと紅葉。
……。
私の通勤路、最高やん♪
電車が止まています！
また〜です。
暮になると 特に 多くなります！
笑っている人、ニコニコしている人は
ハワイに比べて 極端に少ないですね〜
