宝塚ガーデンマーケット〜手づくり市〜

会場： 宝塚ガーデンフィールズ（阪急・JR宝塚線「宝塚」駅下車、徒歩8分）
入場料： 無料
※雨天延期です。結構天気予報では厳しいようで…。脱雨女！脱雨女！！
フ〜っとくつろぎタイム。
煎茶を入れて、居間でテレビを見ようとする私。
湯のみ手に持ち、よっこらしょいっと座イスに腰掛けた…ら…
座イスのバランスが崩れそのままもたれた背中から後ろ向きに倒れる。
つかまるところもなくもはや抵抗できず。
ただ倒れるだけならいいけど、そう！湯のみ！！
湯のみの右手を死守！
ぎゃぁぁーー！！ 無理だーー！！ あちぃーー！！
悲鳴を聞いた父が慌てて飛んでくる。そしてあきれ顔。「なんでそんな大きな声あげるようなことが家の中でできるだ？」と、座イスを持ち上げてくれた。ややぬるめのお湯でお茶を入れてたのでやけどは免れましたが、ズボンや袖がびっしょり。ほほほ。おまぬけ〜。毎日生きてて小ネタに欠きません（笑）

おじいちゃん亡くなって15年。
今日は神主様が家に来て拝んでもらう日でした。
朝から家族みんなでパタパタ。
神さんの前には花やおかし、山の幸海の幸を備える。
神主さん、なぜか30分の遅刻（本人ケロっとしてる…う〜ん）でしたが、
その後は順調に進みました。
「おじいちゃんは粘り強く、途中で物事を投げ出したりはしない人やった。」とおばあちゃん。そんなおじいちゃんの血を受け継いでたいな。いつも見守っていてくれてありがとうございます。
今日はよく晴れました。昨日までの雨のおかげでチリも洗い流されて、遠くの景色まではっきりと見渡せる。山の緑がずっと広がる。日が温かい。空も雲も空気もきれい。花もいっぱい咲いてる。マーガレットかわいい。鳥が鳴いてる。畑で黙々と農作業してる。なんて美しいところなんだろう。田舎の美しさが今日は妙に実感できて、みとれました。母が「日常すぎて言われんと気付かんかったわ。」と言ったので、偉そうに「一度ここを離れてこそ気づく目線だからね」と返しました。
日付を一日間違えていて、予定を組んでいました…。今日って24日なのね。「全然間に合わない！」と焦ってたので、一日儲けた気分になりました！あーよかった。
Tornado update.
Yesterday we were numb and on auto pilot, getting only necessities done. Today, we are able to accomplish a little more tasks with emotions working again. Reminds me of 9011 emotionally. The same way reports came in is what’s happening except we know the people or the people who know others with losses. Steve spoke with the Asst. City Mgr. this morning to find out the places that churches or organizations are doing what. They were blocking the streets as he was leaving to prepare for dibris removal. A teenage girl that attends church camp with my daughter is still missing. Death total is 117 currently. A friend of mine’s husband works heavy equipment and is digging at Home Dept. There are many dead in the rubble there. Concrete walls fell in on many. A woman and her baby were found in that rubble yesterday. This same friend knew a man and son in a car and the son was pulled through the sun roof and is still missing. These are the type of reports that keep coming. Friends talk to each other explaining who they know whose missing, dead, lost home, or just damage. We have some volunteers whose windows were broken and are okay but live 1 block from severe damage so will be without power for a long time so we’ll help with gas for their generator. Needs go up and down the scales. This is larger than most have experienced before. Joplin isn’t taking items yet if they can help it so we’re gearing up for when they’re ready. I know big names will be helping since it’s on national news because I remember how many responded to Picher disaster. This brings good out of many, but unfortuneately, you also hear of people looting. Heard guns were stolen from Academy Sports soon afterwards and yesterday people go around acting like they’re digging through rubble and walk away with TV’s or DVD players, etc.At least churches are already responding. The Baptists organizatio is great in every disaster. In Picher, they cooked meals and delivered them to people going through the rubble and workers. They are providing showers and helping cut trees too in Jjoplin. Even in this disaster, God was protecting by it happening on Sun. During the week Joplin has 250,000 people in their 50,000 populated city. What a difference. God is good and He will help everyone recover. Thanks for those prayers.

Death count up to 92 now with over 100 still missing. I cancelled a Drs. appt. I have stayed in bed most of the day absorbing the news. We cancelled our Dinner too but will be going to gather as much hygiene things as possible. Going to buy underclothes, find what medical supplies and water that has been donated to us nin the past and will take it to Joplin to a shelter. Later we will open our thrift store and food pantry that is on the Missouri line. Thanks again for your prayers.

An EF4 (at least) tornado hit Joplin which is fifteen miles from us last night. 89 are confirmed dead right now with many still trapped. 10,000 are believed to be homeless. Damage includes one of the major hospitals, grocery stores and restaurants, lumber yards, other businesses, apartment complexes and other houses completely leveled. My son-in-law works for the city of Joplin and had to work last night. He had to dig out a corpse and got one hour of sliip before returning today. Please pray. We are still finding out what friends were hurt or missing. A pastor friend of ours in town lost his father-in-law. Another pastor friend has a church in Joplin. They were having service and their building was leveled. Steve is now talking to a member and their were 5 fatalities and the pastor has a broken shoulder. We will be trying to take clothes, water, or what we can as we find out. Our mayor called us last night about helping set up a shelter but hasn’t happened yet. It is overwhelming at this point. They say the tornado was half mile wide and on ground for 6 miles. I44 is closed due to so many semis overturned. Dillons, St. Johns, Home Depot, Academy Sports and much more are gone. Please keep the prayers going. Won’t know the affects completely for a long time.

帰ったら妙に家族が優しく感じました。
私も妙に家族にマイルド視線を送ってしまいました。
