賀来さんは折り紙作りの名人です。プレゼントの準備もします。
今日の練習場所は、橘市民の家でした。
I’m making next concert program of Team NACOS. I chose some music for Kaku-san and I taught “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” by Bach. Kaku-san is an expert of making Origami, so he will prepare as a gift.

昨夜は、風台風が吹き荒れました。
暴風の音を聞きながら眠りました。
今朝、善行と六会の間の道路を歩いてみると、
街路樹が根こそぎ倒れているのを見ました。
The wind tyhoon passed violently last night. This morning, it’s a calm day, but there are some fallen trees on the road.

サムさんと藤沢駅で待ち合わせて、
駅の南側の通りを、歩きながら話しました。
We met Sam-san at Fujisawa station. We had a good conversation while walking.

栗鼠駆けるひまわりの種熟しおり
りすかける ひまわり の たね じゅくしおり

冬支度ひまわりの実にリス遊ぶ
ふゆじたく ひまわり の み に りすあそぶ
A sunflower named “mammoth” grew vigorously reaching very high. Seeds are packed in the flower center. Squirrels which love sunflower seeds must surely be looking forward to the time when seeds are ripe. Sure enough, squirrels which are not seen during hot summer days start showing up now and then, as if scouting the seed progress.
マンモスという名のひまわりを植えました。ぐんぐん見上げるほどに高く育ち、中心部には種がびっしり。ひまわりの種が好きな栗鼠が喜ぶに違いないと思うこちらの心を読むが如く、夏の暑い盛りには見かけなかった栗鼠の姿を垣間見るこの頃です。

キショールさんが川崎から善行に来ました。
キショールさんが美しく自然な日本語を習得するため、
ナコスメソッドの取り組み方を確認しました。
また、ナコスファミリーに秋のご挨拶メールを送るため、
２つのコンピューターを使ってカードを作りました。
Kishore-san came to Zengyo from Kawasaki. He continues to make effort in order to improve his Japanese by NACOS method, so we talked the instruction. Also, Kishore-san and I designed an Autumn greeting card.

尾崎さんが藤沢駅まで車で迎えに来てくださって、
木下さんと鎌倉の尾崎さんのアトリエに行ってきました。
そして、お家では、版画の道具も見せていただきました。
製作に向かう尾崎さんの姿勢と愛情を感じました。
版画や書道の話をして楽しいひと時を過ごしました。
I went to Ozaki-san’s house with Kinoshita-san, today. Ozaki-san came to pick us up at Fujisawa station by car. We visited his atelier, and then we went to his house. We had a really good time!

キショールさんが久しぶりに川崎から善行に来ました。
ナコスメソッドで日本語を磨いていくための方向を話しました。
キショールさん、頑張ってください。
Kishore-san came to Zengyo from Kawasaki. It’s been a while since he last came here. We talked many things. He wants to make efforts to refine his Japanese by NACOS method. We told him to get focussed, and we will evaluate his progress strictly.

池田さんと小山田さんが運営しているギャラリー、
長後の「湘南くじら館」へ彫刻を見に行ってきました。
大理石は石川直也さん、木彫は稲田侑峰さんの二人展です。
石も木も温かみを感じ、やさしい存在感のある作品でした。
池田さん小山田さんのセンスある空間作りを楽しみました。
We went to Shonan Kujira-kan gallery where Ikeda-san and Oyamada-san manage. They exhibited tastefully. The art works of Ishikawa-san are made of marble, and Inada-san’s are made of wood. Those were very impressive.

蝉の声静けさを裂く大合唱

In Japan, the word “semishigure”, cascade of cicada noise, calls to mind an early afternoon of summer or camping school for kids. However, cicadas in this area make noise not only during the day but also at night. In fact, as other daytime noises die down, cicada noise stands out.
「蝉時雨」と聞けば、夏の昼下がりや子供達の林間学校を思い浮かべます。ところがこの辺りでは蝉は昼間はもちろんのこと夜遅くまで鳴いています。それどころか、昼間の喧騒がないだけにかえってうるささが際立ちます。
