My monthly visit to get my prescription filled. There are several small paintings hanging in the examination room. They were painted by Director Ishikawa’s father. I’ve never met him, but I’ve heard that the previous director was also a humble person. The nurses are also kind. These are my values when choosing my family doctor. For me, it’s a magical 3 minutes that I can do anytime. It’s like a mini meditation or mini yoga that clears my mind. Bach’s English Suite No. 3 Prelude. After playing it two or three times, my fingers and mind feel refreshed. It’s magic. (Michiko)

The double-petaled Houttuynia cordata has a delicate beauty. Its leaves are also perfect hearts. The back of the heart is full of life force. It tells me that there is joy until the heavenly calling comes. (Michiko)
