巻きつる（ケーブルテンプル）は福井県の鯖江職人さんの手作りです。耳に巻き付くようなメガネフレーム。製作出来る職人さんの数が減っているそうです。長年使用しましたが、今ではサングラスレンズに交換して活用しています。ビートルズのジョンさんも丸メガネでしたね。（美智子） The cable temples are handmade by craftsmen in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture in Japan.
