午後のお茶の時間に甘酒を作りました。酒粕、栗、人参、生姜を入れました。健康に良く美しくなるような気がする。おいしーい！（美智子） I made amazake (sweet rice drink) for afternoon tea. I used sake lees, chestnuts, carrots, and ginger as ingredients. I feel like it’s good for my health and makes me beautiful. It’s delicious! (Michiko) ナコス湘南

毎週、股関節のリハビリで整形外科に通院の日。帰り道に、ゆめが丘駅で途中下車して、ソラトスの快適なモールに立ち寄ります。治療、買い物、運動、食事を楽しんでいます。（美智子） Every week, I go to the orthopedic clinic for hip rehabilitation.
