ハワイから湘南のトンネルがある街に移り住んでいます。私が手術のために選んだ整形外科医のいる病院もトンネルのある街でした。どちらも駅のすぐ傍に坂があります。長いトンネルは怖いけれどシューッとカーブを描く短いトンネルが好きです。（美智子）

I have moved from Hawaii to a town that has a tunnel. The hospital I chose for my surgery is also in a town with a tunnel. In both places, there is a slope right next to the train station. Long tunnels can be scary, but I like short tunnels that curve gracefully. A connection between two towns—both defined by tunnels and slopes. (Michiko)
