今日のご近所散歩

満開の桜の木から　花びらたちが 雪のように　空に　地に　舞い踊っていました。 桜の切り株からは　新しい枝が伸びて　 桜の花たちは　さらに　芽吹こうとしていました。

高台の公園

だんだん暖かくなってきて、早起きを心がけています。 朝食前の運動も、少しずつ身についてきました。 近所にある公園は空気も良く、松の緑と桜のピンクが清々しいです。 健康管理と維持の為に、朝と夕にご近所散歩を続けたいと思います。 「継続は力なり」ですね。

お砂糖はダメよ～～というお話しです！？

Sam-san brought very healthy and delicious brownies. He also brought his home roasted coffee. It has special aroma. We talked about new WHO guideline, “Sugar is toxic!” サムさんが特別なプレゼントを持って遊びに来てくれました！　砂糖抜きの手作りブラウニーと、手作り焙煎した香りのよいコーヒーです。 サムさんが作ったブラウニーには、体に良い食材しか入っていません。アボカド、ひよこ豆、くるみ、豆乳、ココナッツ、チョコなど。おいしい！！ そしてWHOの砂糖に関する新しいガイドライン、砂糖の毒性について、サムさんから、とくとくと講義を受けました（笑）～～はーい！？　 (中村美智子）
