My day yesterday was jam packed. I had to wake up very very early to play a baseball game, and then right after I headed home to get ready for my friends birthday party. I got all my clothes ready because she told me that we were going to the pool and to have a very nice dinner. So I got to the party at about twelve, and just in time to eat lunch. They had just ordered pizza and we’re eating it in the hotel room. It was a really nice place, and I got to talk to some people I’ve never met before, watch T.V., and play cards with my friends. After that we went down to the pool and got to relax in the jacuzzi and take lots of pictures. After that we went back to the room to take a shower and let everyone get ready for the dinner. The dinner was really amazing. It was a Japanese seafood style, and you could eat anything you wanted pretty much. We also got to talk and laugh a lot at the dinner, which made it a lot of fun. After that we walked around Waikiki, and I got picked up around 1030. What a tiring day!

今日は予定もないし、洗濯して服の整理して、
ゆる〜く過ごしました。

昨日紫陽花を見かけました。
紫陽花ってきれいな花だな〜。
昔は庭に咲いてる紫陽花を毎日見てたな。
カタツムリが気持ち悪くてコワかった。

紫陽花が見られる梅雨の時期。
梅雨も悪いことばっかじゃないね。

　広島の大学時代から趣味にしていた、ボイスパーカッション。本日ついに、そのための機材、マイク、アンプを購入しました。　アンプは野外でも使えるように電池でも使えるものにしました。

　「ドッ、ッ、パッ、ッ、ドッ、ドッ、ツ、パッツ」

　路上とかでできるようになれば、最高に気持ちよさそう！　高知の繁華街！？　帯屋町進出に向けて頑張ります。　

今日は京都に遊びに行ってきました。
おいしいオムライス屋さんを教えてもらいました。
立命館大学の近くにある「オムラハウス」ってお店。
私が選んだのは「とろ湯葉オムライス」。
たっぷりの湯葉が乗っかってて、味は和風テイスト。
中のライスには、ひじきや油揚げが入ってる。
たまごもふんわり。わぁ〜おいしい！こんなん初めてだ☆

その後は龍安寺の石庭に癒されて、そして嵐山へ。
どうにか空模様ももったのでトロッコ列車に乗ってきました。
一回乗ってみたかったから嬉しいぞ〜
窓がないからすごい風が気持ちいい！
景色もいいし、4日勤のストレス発散にはもってこい（!?）
めちゃはしゃいできました。
今日は増水して運休だったけど、今度は保津川下りもしてみたいな〜☆

夜はアカペラサークルで歌練。
7月のライブに間に合うか…
他のバンドの歌練聞いてたら、超うまいよ〜。
私…足を引っ張らないか不安です。
いや、楽しんでこ！！

While Fukudome is grabbing the hearts of millions of fans right now, we still cannot forget the great Ichiro Suzuki. He is probably one of the reasons Fukudome is even playing in America right now. He has opened the door for many Japanese players to play in America because of his talent and performance. He has the leauge record for hits in one season, has been an All Star multiple times, and simply plays the game of baseball the way it should be played. I love the way he runs the bases, the way he flies in the outfield, and the way he guns people out with his cannon of an arm. Ichiro always plays his hardest, and his tireless training pays off on the field. Ichiro is such a unique player to Major Leauge Baseball and no one will be able to replace him. He has proven that a smaller player can learn how to make use of their bodies and compete with bigger players. Ichiro has inspired me that anyone who works hard can play a high level of baseball.

I’m back!  I just recently came back from my trip to California more specifically Walnut near L.A.  I had a great time my friends where so nice they took me everywhere.  The weather there is such a variable it can change at moments notice.  Some days were cool and nice others were dry and extremely hot and uncomfortable.  We ended up driving to Las Vegas for one day,  the drive was extremely long.  I’m a guy from Hawaii so driving 45 min. is a task, but in the mainland it’s not uncommon to drive 1-5hrs. on the weekends.  When I arrived we stayed at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino man that place is so beautiful and the staff was great.  I will definitely return to that hotel.  I love to gamble so as soon as we checked in I started hitting the crap table,  I ended up doing pretty well for only a short periodof play, I walked away from the table up about $200.  Then I decided that sleep was a good option.  So when I woke up like any fool that did well the night before, I decided to play again.  This time I didn’t do as well and I knew that I was kind of pressed for time.  So pushed the play and ended up losing a total for the trip to Vegas about $1,600.  Its was fun though.  Driving back though it was so unbelievably hot I think it was about105-109 degrees.  When you get out of your car you plan your trip to shortest route.  We had a baby with us so the heat was so bad that a vast majority of the time was spent indoors.  All in all it was so much fun.  I think next time though I’ll pick a better season to visit.

一回やるとウエスト1センチは減る吸玉療法。

と、ふと考えつきました。題して『吸玉痩身プロジェクト』。

中医美容クラブで被験者を募集して2週間毎日吸玉を行い、体重や周径の変化をみていきます。さっそく今日は顧問の先生に相談して、昼休みに実習室を使わせてもらえるよう手配したり、被験者を募ったりと動き始めました。実習室を借りるのに委員会を通さないといけなかったりと面倒ですが、これから楽しみですね (^O^)

湿度が高い。
環境は仕事の能率に影響を及ぼすな〜と実感。
も〜汗かいて、ジットリベッタリ。
気分もスッキリしない。
そんな今日はまた拍車をかけて忙しい。
両チームともみんなバタバタ。

「困った、もうこんな時間。」
23時…。こんな時間まで働くの、久しぶりやな。

顔がテッカテカ。
早く家に帰ってお風呂入りたいよ。
疲れた。。。でも、喜べっ今日は給料日！！

　ダイエットに取り組み、食べ物との誘惑といくどとなく闘いそして敗北してきました。　夜歩こう歩こうと思いつつ、雨が降ったから、優先事項があるからと、言い逃れを探してきました。　

　見事、メタボリック体型の死守に成功しています・・・。　とにかく、ひとまず痩せよう。　どんな形でもいいから、痩せた自分に、うっとりしなきゃ。

　というわけで、身銭をきってジムの会員になれば、いやでも運動するだろうという甘い考えと、キャンペーン中で安かったという理由で、
