最終日。
名残惜しい気持ちでいっぱいです。ペンションのお父さんとお母さんは本当に温かい方でした。人との出会いは自分の心を育む一番の宝ですね。くさいこと言いました。また来ます。今度は家族連れて来たいですね。
さて、札幌へ。
札幌はどしゃ降り〜。お祭りやってましたが、残念。でも地元の人たちはそれでもテントの下でひたすらビールを飲んでました（笑）びしょ濡れても楽しそう。
花畑牧場のカフェにも行ってきました。カフェ全体がピンク色。す、すごい。
なんで？？でも生キャラメルアイスはおいしかったです〜。お土産もバッチリ買ってきました。
北海道バイバイ。また行くからね〜〜〜。神戸空港へ着き、更に三ノ宮駅に着いた時、「わ、いつもの景色に戻った。」と思いました。
いっぱい笑って、すごく充実、幸せな北海道旅行になりました。心にうるおいが出た。体力的には疲れたけど、幸せな気分でおやすみなさいデス。
I currently have two tattoo’s. My first tattoo I got when I was 18, it was kind of a rash decision. I knew I wanted a tattoo but didn’t know what I wanted. I regret that tattoo because it doesn’t have any meaning to it. The second tattoo was done by a friend in the mainland, he did a great job! I had him tattoo a samurai on my leg. I understand the stigma behind the tattoo’s in Japanese culture but I love them. It’s a form of self-expression. I would love to get a full bodied “Horimono tattoo” , not because I’m a gangster or anything like that, but simply it’s my heritage! It’s Japanese art at it’s finest. I think when you look at a tattoo it grabs you draws you in. It’s beautiful and you can’t take your eyes away. I would love to get that Horimono tattoo done in Japan but it just wouldn’t be practical. The cost would be too great. I would really love to get it done in the old fashion, but no one in Hawaii does this. Maybe one day I will take this leap.
東洋食品店でお米を買ってアパートにもどってくると、ペンキ屋さんがベランダの柵のペンキ塗り替えをしているのがみえました。あッ まずい！ベランダは鉢植えやバケツでいっぱいなだけでなく、植物が倒れないようにと柵に紐を結び付けている。ペンキ屋さん すいませーんと 重い米袋をかかえて地下の車庫から急いで部屋に戻ってきました。
ところがベランダに近ずくと、ペンキ屋さんたちの楽しそうな笑い声が聞こえてきます。待てよ、きっと、ペンキ屋さんはこういう事態には慣れっこ。ここはガタつかずにペンキ屋さんにまかせておこう。案の定、ペンキ屋さんが去った後で見てみると、位置は変わっていましたが、鉢ばかりでなく、紐もちゃんと結んでありました。ペンキ屋さん ありがとう。
早起きして気球に乗りました。
わぁ〜、浮いている〜。
初体験ですね。
今日も美瑛富良野満喫コース。いろいろ行ってきました。スープカレーも初めていただきました。ラベンダーもお腹いっぱいになるほど見てきました（笑）宿のお父さんに教えてもらったジェットコースターの道に行ってきました。畑を貫く真っ直ぐのびた道が上下にグネグネ、本当にジェットコースターのレールの様。おもしろい！ 市営の公園にも行き、バギーに乗って大絶叫。ぎゃぁーーーーっ。あかんて、怖いって！！ 他のお客さんのイタイ視線も気にしてられんくらい怖おもしろかった。バギーであんなに騒いでるのは自分らくらいしかおらんかったですが。
夜には一緒の宿の子どもたちとマジック勝負（笑）で遊んで、その後はバギーも上回る大サプライズが。
ビックリしすぎて呼吸が速くなりました。7月24日は忘れられん日になりました。明日が旅行ラスト。
今日も札幌の朝は、海鮮どんぶりをいただきました。北海道旅行は食事が豪華ですね。でも朝しっかり摂る分、お昼ご飯がおやつで済まされている今日この頃（笑）さて、今日は今回旅行のメインとなる美瑛＆富良野へ乗り込みです。今日こそは、今日だけは晴れてほしい。（祈）
晴れた！！ 強運のとろみどりとあっちゃんです。
富良野のラベンダーは今がいい時期。すごく広い花畑でラベンダーがめいっぱい広がってて、そのバックに空の広い壮大な景色が広がってて…あぁ泣きそう。
この景色が大好きです。美瑛も相変わらず日本じゃないくらい広大な景色が広がってて、癒される。私の北海道が好きな理由は美瑛と富良野にアリです。ここに来られてよかった。
ペンション「ステラ」へ。
吹き抜けで天井が広く、アットホームな雰囲気の宿。着いて早々気に入っちゃいました。宿のお父さんが露天風呂と星空を見せに連れて行ってくれました。露天風呂は星空のもと、気持ちがいい〜。はぁ〜〜極楽。その帰り道には満天の星空を見せてくれました。天の川が見える。カシオペア座や北斗七星、白鳥座もみっけ。外灯がないし空気も澄んでいていっぱい見える。本当にきれい。普段じゃ見られないから、さらに感動。本当にいい旅だな〜。
I went scuba diving today, which I haven’t done in almost a year. I dove on an old shipwrech in the Kewalo basin, that’s just south of the Ward shopping center. It’s about 100 feet down and was amazed to find a big sea turtle taking a nap on the wreck. There was also so many colorful fish and coral. I my second dive I had a little bit of an accident, I went to clear my mask and got water in my nose, I managed to complete the dive. When I surfaced, I started to cough and that’s when a wave hit me and I ended up drinking a couple of mouthfuls of sea water.
The best part of the dive was seeing the turtle. I can’t wait to do it again and next time I’ll buy a dive camera.
I work 5 days a week with tuesdays and thursdays off. I live often in the evening because my job keeps me up late. I work as a restaurant employee. I work from 4-12 midnight almost everyday. This process really throws off my sleep schedule. I really doesn’t give me time to do much either. My commute to work usually takes me about 45minutes on good days. So by the time I get home it’s quite late, so I start to eat, do laundry, or on very special occassions exercise. I do laundry twice a week and I am often wondering where does all this clothes come from. I only do my own laundry but the process takes forever and the clothes seems neverending. I go to sleep everynight at around 4a.m. which sounds really late but I need time to relax after a hard day at work. I usually get up at 12 noon which is appalling I know. I make breakfast and watch some t.v. then about 2 I get ready for work and repeat the process over again.
On my days off I enjoy dining out, going golf, and just hitting the beaches. I usually have to pry myself out of bed to go golf but once I get my momentum going it become rather easy. If I golf badly I regret ever getting up but when I do good there is nothing that can bring me down. I enjoy eating a variety of cultural foods, I like to experiment with cuisines. I very rarely go to the beaches but I do enjoy it, it’s just that I have to wake up early and that coupled with the fact that the sun drains all your energy makes me sleepy. This really throws off my schedule. Well that’s me in a nut shell.

最近寝不足と眼精疲労が続いて、たまに目が疲れたら左の上まぶたがぴくぴくするなあと思ってましたが・・・
日曜の朝、疲れがたまりにたまったのか、朝起きた時から半日左の眼瞼けいれんがほとんど止まらん！！
これはやばいと思って、ネットで調べてみる。
「眼瞼けいれんは顔面神経麻痺の症状として出現し、治療としてはボツリヌス菌の注射などおこなう」
うーん。。。これはやばい。
これは鍼でどうにかしようと、自分の症状を東洋医学的に考えて治療してみました。
専門的にいうと、肝血虚→血虚生風となり、風邪（ふうじゃ）がけいれんをおこしていると考え、
耳の後ろにある風池（ふうち）という経穴に鍼をさして２０分ほど置針。
すると・・・
鍼を置いているときからけいれんが徐々におさまってきて、鍼を抜くときには全くけいれんがなくなってました！！
今1週間以上経ちますが、再発も全くなく経過良好です。
自分が一番驚きました。東洋医学の神秘ですね。

函館朝市に行ってきました。
朝からウニ＆イクラ丼。豪華。
ウニがとろける。臭みもないし新鮮ですね。
小樽へ。
オルゴール堂や小樽運河。嬉しげに写真いっぱい撮りました。
やっと見つけたユニクロで長袖やトレーナーなど防寒グッズを買い込む（笑）今日も北海道は寒いです。でも楽しみます、うんと。
札幌へ。
遅くなってしまったので、眠らない町すすきのへ。時間的に空いてるお店という条件下でチョイスしたラーメン屋さんに行きました。ラーメン横丁の「四代目とらや食堂」。不意に選んでいったお店だったのに、これがもう絶品で♪ 大学時代の周りの影響もあってラーメンにはちとうるさいとろみどりですが、とろみどりラーメンランキングで1、2位を争うおいしさでした。すごいな〜、おいしいな〜〜。北海道か〜、すぐには来れないな〜。いろいろ予定外なこともありますが、めちゃ楽しい旅行です。
