また寒い日。定期的に眼科受診をしています。帰宅後、遅い昼食を作りました。ネギ、キャベツ、人参、ベーコンで温かい牛乳スープをつくりました。（美智子） It’s another cold day today. I have a regular appointment with the ophthalmologist. When I got home, I made a late lunch. I cooked a warm milk soup with green onions, cabbage, carrots, and bacon. (Michiko) ナコス湘南

自宅にドラムセットを持っていません。次のレッスンまで自宅での練習は、楽譜を見てイメージレーニングだけです。エアドラムと口ドラムです。（美智子） I don’t have a drum set at home. Until my next lesson, all I can do at home is practice by looking at the sheet music and imagining the rhythm. I do air drumming and mouth drumming. (Michiko) ナコス湘南
