内科医での定期受診日。年に一度の骨密度検査もしました。結果は、若年成人の平均骨密度と比べて同等以上、同じ年齢の骨密度と比較すると１２０％でした。去年よりも増えていました。不思議なレシピのお陰としか考えられません。股関節も心臓も微妙に弱いので激しい運動はしないし骨の薬も飲んでいません。楽器演奏は心身共に有効に働いていることは間違いないと思います。（ヴァイオリンを弾く遊民　美智子） Today was my regular appointment with my family doctor.
