酷暑の夏。出来るだけ外出を控えていました。おうちリゾートとはいえ、自主トレ、つまり股関節の疼痛を軽減する目的でゆるい筋トレにも励みました。普段食べない野菜も調理しました。昨日、整形外科医と理学療法士さんに「自主トレで痛み軽減」の報告。喜びを分かち合いました。今日、内科医の石川さんに何でも報告。体重も血圧も褒められました。何らかの理由でアレルギー症状が出たのは残念。普段食べ慣れないものは止めておいた方が良いというアドバイスに納得しました。（美智子） During the the hot days, I tried to avoid going out as much as possible. 今日から９月。先週からノロノロ台風接近が続いているので家の中で過ごしています。この昔の写真は私が大学生の時（京都市立芸術大学音楽学部ヴァイオリン科卒）のある日、思い立って一人でお寺に行った時のものです。ある知らないカメラマンに「あなたの写真を撮られていただけませんか」と声をかけられて撮影。話したのも会ったのもその時だけ。後日、２０センチ×２８センチくらいの大きな写真を２枚送ってくれました。初秋の雰囲気を感じる写真。（美智子） It’s September from today.
