夢も見ていないのに、さっと目が覚めて、背中の真ん中から、頭の真ん中から、
口から言葉として出てきました。
I didn’t dream at all, but suddenly awoke – and from my heart, my head, and my mouth, these words emerged.

I laughed when I read this. Reminded me of when I woke up at 7:00, thinking it was the next morning, and began planning to wash clothes and other duties when I noticed that the sounds outside were different from the usual morning sounds. I turned on the TV and no news. Then I realized that it was 7pm, I was so tired when I got home, that I just passed out and when I awoke I didn’t know the time of day.

私は読んで笑いました。同じようなことを思い出しました。
私は七時に起きて、次の日の朝だと思いました。
そして、洗濯といろいろな用事をする積もりでした。
しかし、外の音が、いつもの朝の音と違いました。
テレビをつけましたが、ニュースはありませんでした。
その日、家に帰った時、私は大変疲れていました。
バタンと寝て、起きた日の時間がわかりませんでした。
まだ夜の七時でした。
