あさ　５じはんに　おきて、アラモアナビーチへ　およぎに　いきました。 ６じはんから　３０ぷん　およぎました。 かぜもなく、うみのみずも　あたたかく、きもちよく　およぐことが　できました。

今日は自分の誕生日でした。 とうとう20代最後の一年となりました。 ということで この一年は自分の人生にとって いい一年にしたいですね。 好き勝手あっちやこっち動く今までもいいけど、自分の生きてくフィールドとか大切な人のこと、これからの自分のことを具体的に考えて進んでいけたらなと思っている最近です。友達からメールやプレゼントが届いてうれしかったです。ありがとうございます。サプライズもありました。心がほっこりしました。家では何年ぶりかに家族でお祝いをしてケーキを食べました。「今まで祝えなかった何年か分を買ってきた！」と、でっかいケーキを母が買ってきてくれました。でかっ！！ 幸せですな。 ありがとうございます。

２０年ぶりに新しい水着を買って、スイミングを始めて、一ヶ月経ちました。 ありがたいことに、腰の重い私を誘ってくださる奇特な友人がいます。 一人は、早朝スイミング。日の出前にアラモアナビーチに連れて行ってくれます。 午前6時過ぎから２０分ほど泳ぎます。海の水は思ったより温かく、気持ちよく泳げるのですが、早起きがつらくて、音をあげてしまいそうです。先週と今週は怠けました！！ 一人は、日没後、プールに連れて行ってくれます。 始めにジャグジで１５分ほど温まり、２０分ほど激しく泳ぎます。平泳ぎのまねをしたり、体をねじったり、歩いたり、とにかく水の中で体を動かし続けます。そして、最後にジャクジで温まります。これだけで私はヘトヘトです！！
