Last nite I ate at Imanas tei, I love this restaurant, the food there is so tasty.  You know it’s a great Japanese restaurant when you see lots of Japanese customers.  I love seeing Japanese chefs in my Japanese restaurants, I know that you don’t have to be Japanese to cook great Japanese food but it helps the feel of the restaurant.  When I go to a izakaya restaurant it feels like I am taken away to some place other than Hawaii.  One of my high school friend works there and we had a very nice table.  Everything was so good, I ate toro, maguro, hamachi kama, dynamite and crab dynamite.  I even had steak, that night I was really in the mood for steak but loved the idea of eating Japanese food.  The one thing I notice about Japanese food is that of all the cuisine it’s probably the only one besides Italian that I could eat everyday.  I  love Korean and Chinese food but don’t think I could enjoy it everyday.  That’s the great thing about living in Hawaii you have all this diversity in food, some of the styles are mixed giving you a different dish all together.  I just love food, I wish I was a food critic.  To get paid for dining out and enjoying yourself, that would be my ideal job.

朝から　お寺には　たくさんの　参拝の人々で賑わっていました～～。私たちにも　おばさんが　長い長い　お線香をくれていました。あたりは　お香の香りで　なんだか　安心する　幸せな気持ちになるものですね～～。外の車道では　通勤を急ぐ　オートバイや　車～～。裏道には　こんなに　可愛らしい　招き猫　フクロウさんが　飾ってありました。

朝っぱらから壮絶。1時間寝坊。2時間寝て起きるという芸当は、やはり自分には無謀でありました。年かな。単なる気合いの問題か。いや、そんなことより…　この危機をどう乗り切るか。寝ぼけた頭で、超高速計算〜ウイーーーーンッッ！　タクを使えばギリギリ間に合う！！　結果。間に合ったーーーっ！交通費5000円プラスでかかってしまったぃ。時は金なり。




広島で2人と合流。朝の新幹線は空き空きで、超ゆったり行けました。
九州入って、新八代から鹿児島までの新幹線つばめがすご〜〜くいい感じでした。



ゆったりしてるし、木目調がいいですね〜。
ということで、結構あっという間に鹿児島到着。
意外に近いやん。鹿児島はまずコレだね、鹿児島ラーメン！





おいしい。麺がつるつるしてる。
千切りキャベツが入ってる。




今日は市内観光。観覧車乗ったり、神社で旅の安全を祈願したり。
そして西郷さんに会いに行きました。



でかかった。お豆腐の居酒屋さんで4人で久しぶりの飲み。カンパーーーイィ　誕生日祝いもやりましたーおめでとう！　気持ちよく酔っ払いながら近況報告いたしました。みんなお幸せそうで何よりですわ。

明日から鹿児島にいってきます。
大学の友4人で毎年旅行をしてます。
今年は鹿児島。楽しんできます。

風邪の状態は鼻から喉に来ました。
体調がちと心配。

We are in a epic battle against a much younger and faster team.  We will be playing against Macaroni Grill, our sister restaurant, their staff has many more people and is much younger than our group.  On Sunday we had practice for the real game, we had a good showing, many of our staff showed up.  It was just so much fun being out in the sun playing football, but most of our team is older and not as in shape as we used to be.  Most of us had to work later that evening, it was just so funny watching us try to work.  We had so many muscle aches and cramps that we appeared to our guests that we were strange.  It was our inside joke, because only we new why we were in so much pain.  We all poked fun at each other saying “oh, you ok, you need help”!  Talk about insult to injury, but we had a lot of funny memories.  This epic battle against good (us) and evil (them) will happen this Sunday.  “Keizoku wa chikara nari desu”.  As I am writing this I still feel the pain of the exertion on my legs.  I am really out of shape but what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger.  Wish us luck!!!  We may need it.

鼻水がとまらない。

今日は忙しいのに冷静な判断ができません。
薬でごまかしなんとか終わった…。

あぁ週末の旅行までにこの勤務で治せるか…と不安。

私の受け持ち患者さん。
治療後も副作用でなかなか帰れなかったけど、ついに退院の兆しが。

週末の外泊がOKやったら来週退院できる！
本人も毎日歩行の自主トレして、階段も昇降できるようになりましたo(^-^)o
努力の賜物ですね。あともう一踏ん張りです。

昨日ついに♪
行ってきました。
待ちに待った「MONKEY MAJIK」のコンサート！

広島の会場は小ぶりだったから一階最後尾辺りでも結構近くでした。イイ声だったo(^▽^)oカッコイいしっ！　なんであんな癒し声なんやろ。泣きそう〜。２時間立ちっぱなし、手ぇ叩きっぱなしで手のひらは真っ赤っかに膨れました(笑) けど。ますますMONKEY MAJIKが大好きになったのでした。

一緒に行ったyokoちゃんありがとう！　急遽泊めてくれたhiroko、ホンマのホンマにありがとう(泣)　野宿せずに済みました。朝ご飯まで作ってくれてからに…感無量。゜(´□｀。)°。

そして今日は…仕事へ出かけた友の家でゆっくりと過ごして(←図々しい)　ボチボチ帰りました。深呼吸。都心よりこういうゆったり空間が私には合ってるのかなぁ。田舎っぺの血。
