遊行寺の境内をゆっくり歩きました。

桜と新緑の調和が印象的でした。

両目の白内障手術後、順調に回復しています。

目薬は一日に１６回から１２回に減りました。

一日の外出時間配分が楽になってきました。

春が私を待っています。

My eyes are recovering well. The eye drops have been reduced from 16 times to 12 times a day. So it has become easier to allocate my time to go out each day. Spring is waiting for me.

道の向かい側の桜が咲きました。

私の目を楽しませてくれる小風景です。

視力が回復してよく見えます。嬉しい！

The cherry blossoms have bloomed in an open ground across the street. This small scenery is a feast for my eyes. I’m glad that my eyesight has recovered and I can see things well.

両目の手術を終えました。

毎日、何度も目薬をさしています。

物がよく見えて色彩も鮮やかです。

I have completed cataract surgery on both eyes. I apply eye drops many times everyday. I can see things clearly and see bright colors.

善行のすずき眼科で白内障の手術をしています。

昨日１４日に右目。来週２１日は左目です。

I had cataract surgery on my right eye yesterday, and will do next week on left eye.

ヴァイオリンを磨いてピカピカになりました。

５0年前に両親が買ってくれた楽器です。

I polished my violin and it became shiny. My parents bought it for me 50 years ago.

善行駅を出た道から見た雪の富士山です。
くっきりと美しい姿を見せてくれました。
This is today’s Mt. Fuji in our town. When the air is clear, Mt. Fuji can be seen in sharp relief.

2月に、ついに眼科医からお叱りを受けて、３月に白内障の手術を受けることになりました。いやだいやだと言って手術を先延ばしにしていました。どんな風に見えるようになるか、今は楽しみになっています。（２０２４年３月）

この写真は２５年前のドルチェと私。ホノルルでドッグショーに出場していました。アメリカンケネルクラブのショーで３位入賞したこともあります。（１９９９年３月）

昔も今も、どんな時も、喜びを発明していきます。

Finally, I decided to undergo to cataract surgery in March. I am now looking forward to seeing how my eyesight will improve. (March 2024)

I will continue to invent joy at any time, both in the past and now.
