有隣堂のヤマハドラムレッスン３回目 (3/7, 3/21, 4/4)。新しいことを学びました。正面から右の方のドラムを叩く時は、体を右向きに「体幹ひねり」。大きいドラムを右足で力強く踏むには「腹筋力」が必要。ドラムは全身運動です。（美智子）

The third drum lesson (3/7, 3/21, 4/4). I learned something new. When playing the drum on the right side from the front, I need to “twist my core” to turn my body to the right. To step forcefully on the big drum with my right foot, I need “abdominal strength.” Playing the drums is a full-body exercise. (Michiko)

善行で日本の古民具を扱っているご近所の「和のアンティークの店　蝉丸」さん。冬の間、馬場さんご夫妻は模様替えをしました。お庭はだんだん春の佇まいになっています。務さんは工房で古民具材で新しいものを制作、澄江さんは生活骨董アイテムを素敵に展示しています。猫ちゃんもゆったり流れる時を幸せに暮らしています。（美智子）

“Semimaru, a Japanese antique shop” is a neighborhood shop in Zengyo that deals in old Japanese folk tools. Over the winter, Mr. and Mrs. Baba redecorated their garden. The garden is gradually taking on a spring-like appearance. Tsutomu-san is creating new items using old folk tools in his production room, and Sumie-san is creating beautiful displays. Their cat is also living happily in this leisurely space where time flows by. (Michiko)

私の髪の毛は天然のくせ毛です。アレルギーがあるので、今のところ、皮膚に支障のないヘナ染めしか出来ません。踊るくせ毛にロックンローラー調のオレンジ色。ポニーテールはソフトクリームの形。前髪のくせ毛をカチューシャで抑えています。これは自然の成り行きで私のオリジナルスタイル。ヘアサロンでメンテナンスをします。（美智子）

My hair is naturally curly. I have allergies, so for now I can only dye my hair with henna, which is safe for my skin. My hair is dancing and orange, like a rock n’ roll. My ponytail is in the shape of a soft serve ice cream. I hold my curly bangs in place with a headband. This is my own style, and it’s natural. I maintain it at a hair salon. (Michiko)

おうちドラムセットを改善。また進化させました。ドラムを習い始めて1ヶ月。３０分の個人レッスン２回をワイルドに学びました。来月も楽しみです。中島みゆきさんの「地上の星」は間奏にヴァイオリンも入ります。ドラムとヴァイオリンと歌を一人三役で演奏するのを先々のお楽しみ目標の一つにしました。（美智子）

I improved my home drum set. It has evolved. It’s been a month since I started learning the drums. I learned wildly with two 30-minute private lessons. I’m looking forward to next month. One of my goals for the future is to play drums, violin, and singing in three roles by myself. (Michiko)
