週に一度、整形外科に変形性股関節症のリハビリに通っています。小田急線と相鉄線を乗り継いで行きます。リハビリのあと、駅のすぐ側に新しくオープンした雰囲気の良いカフェを見つけました。お料理が美味しくてくつろぐことができました。左股関節の痛みも楽しみに変わります。（美智子） I visit orthopedic clinic once a week to rehab for my osteoarthritis of hip. 今年3月に善行すずき眼科で白内障手術を受けました。それまで定期的に検査を受けていましたが、私は手術の決心を延ばし延ばしにしていました。2月についに「急に見えなくなったらどうするんですかっ！」と鈴木先生からお叱りを受けて決心がつきました。楽譜もパソコンも本もよく見えるようになりました。今日は3か月後の検査と受診でした。経過は良好です。「最新のレンズを使ったので経過を国際学会で発表したいから中村さんの資料を使っても良いですか」とのご質問に「どうぞ」とお答えしました。手術を受けてそれまではっきりと見えていなかったことがわかり感謝しています。そのことを忘れない為の私の覚え書き3/15, 3/23, 3/31, 4/4, 4/16, 6/12です。My notes three months after cataract surgery.（美智子） ナコス湘南

修三さんとドルチェちゃんのお墓参りをしました。たくさんの楽しい思い出を天国に持っていったので幸せにしているのがわかります。私は毎日毎日小さな新しい一歩を作っています。（美智子） I visited the graves of Shuzo-san and Dolce-chan. I know they are happy because they took so many good memories with them to heaven. I’m making small new steps everyday. (6/11/2024 Michiko) ナコス湘南

一つは私のヴァイオリン。もう一つは夫 修三のヴァイオリン。今は2つ私のヴァイオリン。Dolceドルチェはイタリア語の音楽用語で柔らかく演奏すること。明日6月11日は、主人の三回忌です。いつも守ってくれてありがとう。(中村美智子） One is my violin. The other is my husband’s. I have two violins.
