今日のお天気は曇りで暑くない快適な旅となりました。深大寺と高幡不動尊を馬場さんと散策しました。（美智子） Today was cloudy and not too hot, making for a comfortable trip. I walked around Jindaiji-Temple and Takahatafudoson-Temple in Tokyo with Baba-san. (Michiko)

馬場さんが今年も赤しそジュースを作って持ってきてくださいました。嬉しくて言葉にならないわ！元気に夏を乗り切ります。（美智子） Baba-san made and brought me delicious red perilla juice. This is the perfect gift for the summer. It will help me get through the hot days. I’m speechless with joy! (Michiko) ナコス湘南

鎌倉の弦楽器工房へ行ってきました。福岡さんとは初対面です。有隣堂さんのご紹介。大船駅からほど近く便利で助かりました。（ヴァイオリン弾き　美智子） I went to the string instrument shop in Kamakura for instrument care. It was conveniently located near the station, which was very helpful. (Violinist Michiko) ナコス湘南

まだ６月半ばなのに8月のような猛暑です。そんなお出かけの日は「私は大丈夫！」と自分に言って涼しいおうちから外に出ます。（美智子） I’m going to visit the grave. It’s still mid-June, but it’s as hot as August. On days like this, I tell myself, “I’m fine!” and leave the coolness of my home. (Michiko) ナコス湘南

有隣堂ヤマハでドラムレッスン7回目。（月2回、30分の個人レッスン）。ヴァイオリンやピアノとは別の新しい感覚を学び、同時にどこかで一つに繋がります。（美智子） This is my 7th drum lesson at Yurindo Yamaha (2x a month, 30 minute private lessons). I’ve learned a new sensation that’s different from violin or piano, and at the same time, the sensations are somehow connected. (Michiko) ナコス湘南

夫 修三が永眠して丸三年。まだ三年、と同時に、もう三年。「そうやそうや、そうやってどんどんやっていくのや」と天国の夫が京都弁で私に話す声がいつでも聞こえます。それは私にとって大きな自信。自分を奮い立たせて毎日新しい私流の良い習慣を作っていくことができます。変わる風景を楽しみながら自分のスタイルを作ります。（美智子） It’s been three years since my husband Shuzo passed away. ようやくバルコニー洗浄と塗装が終わりました。窓を開けると爽やかな風が吹き抜けます。五月の工事中は窓を開けてはいけなかったので、エアコンを暖房にしたり冷房にしたり、室内での季節感が少し薄れていました。六月の風が嬉しい！（美智子） Finally, the balcony cleaning and painting are finished.
