かかりつけ医の石川医院へ健康診断に行ってきました。待合廊下には涼し気な水槽、壁には野球のユニフォームを幾つも飾っています。石川さんは野球少年でした。（美智子） I went to my primary care doctor, Ishikawa Clinic, for my annual health check. 整形外科で週に一度、理学療法士のリハビリと自主トレ習得。お家では、無理のない自助努力の継続。就寝時や歩行の際、左股関節の疼痛がほぼ無くなりました。先日のミニ旅行での歩数は5000歩。自信がつきました。これからの私の目標は、上り階段で痛みが出ないように、股関節周りの筋力と柔軟性をつけていくことです。（美智子） Once a week, I receive rehabilitation from a physical therapist at an orthopedic clinic and learn self-training. 一日中エアコンを付けています。紫蘇ジュース梅酒割りを飲みます。あずきアイスバーを５本食べます。エネルギーが消耗しないように涼しく過ごします！（美智子） I keep the air conditioner on all day. I drink shiso juice mixed with plum wine. I eat five adzuki bean ice cream bars. I stay cool so I don’t lose energy! (Michiko) ナコス湘南

週に一度のお墓参り。暑くなったので少しでも炎天下を避ける為にいつもより早めに家を出ました。心地よい風が吹いていました。お墓参りの後はいつものようにランチタイム。（美智子） I visit the grave once a week.
