今日は、江ノ島の鵠生園で演奏会をしました。 この施設で、チーム・ナコスの演奏は、８回目です。 清弘さん、賀来さん、早田さん、向山さん、 キショールさん、サムさんもそろって、 ヴァイオリン、リコーダー、マンドリン、歌など、 いろいろな曲を演奏したり、お話をしました。 また、賀来さんが綺麗な折り紙を折ってきて、 お一人お一人にプレゼントしました。 喜んでいただいて、とても心温まるコンサートでした。 職員の方がたくさん写真を撮ってくださいました。 皆様どうもありがとうございました！（中村美智子） Today, Team NACOS had a concert at Enoshima-Koseien. 太田博健さんからグループ展のお誘いをいただいて、 今日は、町田駅の隣、古淵まで行ってきました。 太田さんやひろさんとおしゃべりをしながら、 それぞれ個性の現れた作品を楽しみました。 We were invited by Ota-san for a joint exhibition of painters. So we went to see their art works today. We enjoyed each work while talking with Ota-san and Hiro-san. Kobuchi, Sagamihara-city

今日は、なかやま整骨院で、３回目の治療です。 長年のヴァイオリンによる肩こりは頑固です。 運動の為の歩き過ぎによる足の痛みもあります。 向山武志さんの姪夫婦による治療なので安心です。 Today, I received another treatment and massage from Nakayama-san. This is my third time to visit their clinic. They are Mukoyama-san’s niece and her husband, so I have a peace of mind during treatment. Fujisawa, Fujisawa-city

チームナコスの１２月のコンサートが近づいています。 向山さんは、マンドリンとギターを演奏します。 今日の練習で、よい響きになってきました。 ヴァイオリンのレッスンも少ししました。 Mukoyama-san will play the mandolin and guitar in Team NACOS. Our next concert is in December.
