有隣堂のヤマハドラムレッスン3回目 (3/7, 3/21, 4/4)。新しいことを学びました。正面から右の方のドラムを叩く時は、体を右向きに「体幹ひねり」。大きいドラムを右足で力強く踏むには「腹筋力」が必要。ドラムは全身運動です。(美智子)

The third drum lesson (3/7, 3/21, 4/4). I learned something new. When playing the drum on the right side from the front, I need to “twist my core” to turn my body to the right. To step forcefully on the big drum with my right foot, I need “abdominal strength.” Playing the drums is a full-body exercise. (Michiko)
