樅の木で灯火踊るクリスマス
もみのきで　ともしび　おどる　クリスマス

During the winter holiday in America, many people prepare to celebrate Christmas. One tradition is to erect a Christmas tree. These trees are put inside the house and are decorated with ornaments. Unfortunately, it is well known that these trees can dry out and become dangerous, fire hazards. For this reason, people are warned about not lighting candles indoors. However, candles are also associated with the holiday so it is not uncommon for candles and trees to be indoors together. Sometimes, the result is a blazing disaster.

　米国では、多くの人は、冬休みの間、クリスマスを祝う準備をします。クリスマスを祝う為の伝統の一つとして、クリスマスツリーがあります。クリスマスツリーは、家の中に置いて、飾り付けをします。残念なことに、この木は乾燥しやすくて、火災の原因になることで知られています。そんな訳で、部屋の中では、蝋燭を燃やさないように注意されます。しかし、蝋燭は、クリスマスと関係しているので、蝋燭とクリスマスツリーが同じ部屋の中にあるのは珍しいことではありません。時々、それは大火災になることがあります。
