When my customers come into the submarine, I always look at all their expressions to give me an idea of what kind of presentation I should do. I have a wide range of expressions. Some look happy, bored, scare and excited. I have to decide if I will keep the narration light or more on the information side. The challenge is to provide a good balance. I don’t know if I am completely successful until the narration is over and the customers start to disembark the submarine. If they are quiet and polite then I didn’t get the right balance. If they are happy with everything they let me know their favorite parts.
