ココナッツ レモン ロール

ノーマンがクリスマスの日に一日中働くということなので、
ケーキを焼いて職場のみなさんにとことずけました。

チョコレートなしで、レモンロールに焼いたココナッツでふりかけて、
ユールログ(クリスマス前夜にたく蒔き)をなぜらえたものです。

    That looks very delicious! I want to eat it right now! I love coconut and that looks like it has a lot of coconut on it. I have been watching my sugar intake, but I think I would put that sugar ban aside for a piece of this Coconut Lemon Roll. (maybe Vegan style…)

    サムさん、なかなかおいしかったですよ。I like coconut, too. So, I made the “sugar-toasted coconut” lot more than the recipe calls for, which is, 2 +1/3cups unsweetened coconut chips, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon boiling water, and toast 350 F for 6 to 10 min. I get to eat it as a snack. Other ingredients for the roll are lemon juice, eggs, flour, butter (2tbsp) and milk (1/4 cup). I think that the roll can qualify as vegan food. Am I right?
