I am an Aquarius. I like having my birthday in February and of course joke all the time about being sorry for anyone born in any other month. Ha Ha – I know it isn’t that funny. But birthdays in any month seem to come and go when we arn’t looking and then it is too late- We get old. I turned 37 this year and have definitely felt like I’m getting older. Things are different now that I am watching my children grow so quickly – my birthday doesn’t seem so exciting or important. But I still want to enjoy myself and I do still enjoy life very much, so there is motivation to do something fun to mark the occasion. This year it turned out to be work! Well, unless the exact day has been on a weekend I have always worked on my birthday. It was not the same old thing, though. I spent my day at an eschool conference learning about technology applications in education. Kinda of f cool – a little bit like a vacation. And it went a little further – a grown up weekend night in Waikiki. Now that is playing tourist. Thank you, Grandma for babysitting! We had a nice time walking on the beach and listening to a couple of local bands play.  Mostly, I do enjoy thinking about all of my family and friends each year on my birthday. We do get older, but each year adds more people and memories to who we are. It is worth taking the time to remember and enjoy the journey we are on in life.

センターまであと……………… フォォオッォォォォォーーーーー！！！！！！！！

朝，飛び起きる｡７時３０分。
急いで用意せねば！と思ったら休みだった｡相当疲れていたんだな。
損したーと思って二度寝したら１２時３０分。寝すぎた。

ぼーっと過ごして５時｡
中国茶の店に茶器のふたを取り行く。お詫びとして紅茶をくれた｡
