I made it with embroidery. Even bicycles can be ridden by just bicycles and having fun.

I received the influenza vaccination at Ishikawa Clinic. Dr. Ishikawa is my primary care physician. The nurse, Ichikawa-san is always cheerful and kind.

症状が進行しないように定期的に通っています。

Just a small scenery of rehabilitation for osteoarthritis of the hip joint at an orthopedic clinic. I go to rehab regularly in order to prevent the symptoms from progressing.

親しくなったお友達が私の活動発信を見て、ナコス(NACOS)の名前のことを聞いてくださいます。２０１３年夏にハワイから拠点を移し、湘南での出会いを大切に、そして充実させていくために、興味を持ってくださる方の為に少し書きます。形にこだわらず、ポリシーは大切に、発信を楽しんで続けています。

１９８９年に中村修三＆美智子がハワイ州ホノルルで創業し、２５年間運営。また新聞やラジオなどで様々な連載活動も行いました。名前は、以下の英語フレーズの頭文字。日本語ではナコス語学研修所。写真のマグカップは設立当初に作ったもの。ロゴは私達が希望のイメージを言ってイギリスのデザイナーに作ってもらいました。

Network for Advancing Communication & Organization Skills

Sometimes new friends ask me what NACOS stands for. So I would like to explain a little for my friends who are interested. The name is the first letter of this phrase. Established 1989, Honolulu, Hawaii by Shuzo&Michiko Nakamura. We operated in Hawaii for 25 years and moved to Fujisawa, Japan in 2013.

お茶をしながら笑い声のあるお墓、珍しいでしょうね。

Today’s tombstone offerings are reading a book, music, and autumn fruits. At the cemetery management office, I had fun conversation with office staff and grave friend while drinking tea. And I received a Morgan House calendar with three pictures drawn by Yoko-san.
