ナコスファミリーのレベッカ ロガンさんとスカイプで話しました。今、シドニーは夏。街で見かけたクリスマス飾りの写真を撮って送ってくれました。（編集長　美智子）

It’s the season to be jolly .. Christmas is fast approaching and the backdrop is filled with Christmas decorations and cheer .. everywhere from the stations to the shops and around town Christmas can be felt .. it’s a wonderful time .. and I’m excited to be going up to the gold coast with Bali next Monday for our annual family get together

楽しい気分の季節です。クリスマスが近づいてきて、背景はクリスマスの飾りと喜びでいっぱいです。駅からお店、街中までどこでもクリスマスが感じられ素晴らしい時期です。来週の月曜日に息子バリとゴールドコーストに行き、毎年恒例の家族の集まりをするのが楽しみです。

美術家のFBフレンドがある美術館の名称について書いていました。美術界の一例、私はある名称問題を思い出してコメントしました。今まで触れたことのない投稿内容ですが記録としてのみ投稿します。

大学名の酷似問題。２０１９年から２０２０年にかけて京都では大問題がありました。私学瓜生山学園京都造形芸術大学が、造形の名前を取り除いて京都芸術大学に名前を変更すると言い出しました。昔、創立は藤川洋裁学院でした。古くからの京都の人は経緯を良く知っていて怒っています。京都市立芸術大学が既に使用していた「京都芸大と京芸」の略称名まで京都造形大は使うようになり、名前の背乗りによる動的すり寄りということで裁判になりました。そもそも瓜生山学園京都造形芸術大学の略称は瓜芸。何であれ芸術の基本理念は独自の創造力と人間力ではありませんか。ちなみに私は美術家ではありません。京都市立芸術大学の音楽学部出身です。（美智子）

遊民は冬眠の準備をしています。暖かい部屋で足腰も冷えないように日用品類のショッピング。羊毛皮100％のムートンも見つけました。大きいものはお高いのでミニサイズ。椅子の上のお尻はおだやかにポカポカ。ふとんのナカヤマさんではいつもおしゃべりも楽しみます。（ヴァイオリンを弾く遊民　美智子）

Preparing for a winter resort. I’m preparing for hibernation. I went shopping for daily necessities to keep my legs warm in a warm room. I also found a 100% sheepskin mouton. The big ones are expensive, so I bought a mini size. My bottom is nice and warm on the chair. I always enjoy chatting at this Futon store as well. (Michiko)

ヘアサロンに行った後は丁度ランチの時間になりました。さいか屋８階のイタリアンレストランで大きなマルゲリータピザを完食。この店の薄い生地のピザが好きです。（美智子）

After going to the hair salon, it was time for lunch. I ate a big Margherita pizza at the Italian restaurant on the 8th floor of Saikaya. I like the thin crust pizza here. (Michiko)

この写真は１９９６年にナコスのオフィスで撮ったものです。ドルチェと仲良しさんのマフィンとクッキー。ブリジッタは同じビル内でお隣同士の事務所でした。会社オーナーはペットを自分の事務所に連れて来ても良かったのです。（美智子）

この秋、湘南台駅地下道広場で初めてのストリート演奏を４回経験しました。（ヴァイオリン２回、ピアノ２回）。毎回そこに居合わせた見知らぬ人に私のデジカメでの撮影をお願いしました。10/16, 11/6, 11/20, 12/4（ヴァイオリンを弾く遊民　美智子）

This fall, I performed for the first time at the Shonandai Station Underground Passage Plaza (twice on violin and twice on piano). Each time, I asked the people there to take photos with my digital camera. (Michiko)

ハワイでのクリスマスの写真。ドルチェと私です。

お正月のような秋の始まりのような、何と何と穏やかで暖かい12月の始まりの週なんでしょう。初秋に予定した湘南台駅地下道での最後の演奏、クリスマスには少し早いですが、明日はサンタの帽子を被ってベートーベン月光とバッハのピアノを弾いて遊んできます。バッハのこの曲のヴァイオリン旋律は「アヴェマリア」。頭の中ではヴァイオリンとピアノの旋律が鳴っています。（美智子）

残すところあとひと月になりました。明るい気持ちで過ごしたこの一年。何と言ってもためらっていた白内障手術を3月に受けたこと。経過は良好でよく見えるようになりました。夏は酷暑なりに内なる安らぎと楽しみを、秋には演奏と出会いの場を、冬の備えも進み、サンタクロースも出発しました。私なりの小さな発明と出会いの時々の喜びを続けます。眼前の風景は近付いたり遠退いたりしながら……（美智子）

There is only one month left. This past year has been a bright one for me. Above all, I underwent cataract surgery in March, which I had hesitated to do. It went well and I can now see well. Despite the extreme heat this summer, I have found inner peace and joy, and in the fall I have had a place to perform and meet people. Preparations for winter are underway, and Santa Claus has departed. I will continue to enjoy my own little inventions and encounters. The scenery before my eyes moves closer and further away.
