一回やるとウエスト1センチは減る吸玉療法。 これを毎日行えば、痩身効果が期待できるのでは！ と、ふと考えつきました。題して『吸玉痩身プロジェクト』。 中医美容クラブで被験者を募集して2週間毎日吸玉を行い、体重や周径の変化をみていきます。さっそく今日は顧問の先生に相談して、昼休みに実習室を使わせてもらえるよう手配したり、被験者を募ったりと動き始めました。実習室を借りるのに委員会を通さないといけなかったりと面倒ですが、これから楽しみですね (^O^)

湿度が高い。 環境は仕事の能率に影響を及ぼすな〜と実感。 も〜汗かいて、ジットリベッタリ。 気分もスッキリしない。 そんな今日はまた拍車をかけて忙しい。 両チームともみんなバタバタ。 「困った、もうこんな時間。」 23時…。こんな時間まで働くの、久しぶりやな。 顔がテッカテカ。 早く家に帰ってお風呂入りたいよ。 疲れた。。。でも、喜べっ今日は給料日！！

　ダイエットに取り組み、食べ物との誘惑といくどとなく闘いそして敗北してきました。　夜歩こう歩こうと思いつつ、雨が降ったから、優先事項があるからと、言い逃れを探してきました。　 　見事、メタボリック体型の死守に成功しています・・・。　とにかく、ひとまず痩せよう。　どんな形でもいいから、痩せた自分に、うっとりしなきゃ。 　というわけで、身銭をきってジムの会員になれば、いやでも運動するだろうという甘い考えと、キャンペーン中で安かったという理由で、 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　私、ジムに通ってます。

This is Red Rock Casino. Its so beautiful there, I recommend anyone staying in vegas to go there. Just wonderful design wood finishes it just seems like everything is just larger then life there.
