昼食にスープを作りました。さつまいも、かぼちゃ、人参、しょうが、エビ。具材から良い味が出て調味料は使いませんでした。姫柚子が可愛くて買いました。３つ１００円。（美智子） I made soup for lunch. It was made with sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, ginger, and shrimp. 馬場さんにおでんのお料理をいただきました。ご主人の務さんが作って、三等分して、私の分を澄江さんが持ってきてくださいました。心強いご近所の友です。（美智子） Baba-san made oden for me. Tsutomu-san cooked it and divided it into three portions. And Sumie-san brought my portion. They are great neighborhood friends. (Michiko) ナコス湘南

月に一度、かかりつけの石川医院で処方薬を出していただく日です。茶道で使うおなつめは私のミニ薬箱。ミニサンタはキャンディーのようなお薬に埋もれています。健康管理のお陰で今年も元気に過ごしています。（美智子） Once a month, I go to my regular doctor, Ishikawa Clinic, for my prescription medication.
