Were going to move into a new apartment. I can’t wait, even though the move will be time-consuming and difficult it will also be great to have a bigger place.

今日の中美研（中国美容研究会）のテーマは吸玉（すいだま）。 ガラスのカップの中を陰圧にして下腿・腰・腹部や足裏につける。 血行促進、痩身効果あり。 先週初めてやって、腰にあざを作ってしまった(-“-;)けど今日は足裏を自分で試してみたらなかなか気持ちいい(*^-^*)疲労回復には良いかも。

今日、看護助手さんと一緒にシーツ交換をした。 大半の看護師にとってこの明るい助手さんは癒し系なので、シーツ交換は自分一人でする余裕はあったけど、つい誘ってみた。 すると快くオッケー。 わーい。 明るくて、仕事も信頼性があって、冗談言ってノリもいい、かわい～い年上の看護助手さん。 心身ともに助けられてます。 いやぁ～、癒し系。 2人でシーツ交換してると、 そんな助手さんから嬉しい一言が。 「私の中で、ここの病棟の癒し系看護師さんは、〇〇さんと◇◇さんと…、 とろみどりさん　なんですよ～。」 「オ、オレですか！」と思わず聞き返した。 ぬふ。冗談でもお世辞でも嬉しい。 お互いに癒されモードです。

ウチは頭の回転も理解力も乏しいし、要領も悪けりゃ動きも遅い。 だから、ウチの看護師としての価値ってあるんかな…と思うことが多い。 だから、ウチのウリを作ろうと思う。 は、「いつでも患者さんに笑顔で丁寧に接すること」どんなに急いでてもイライラしてても、患者さんに優しく対応しようと心掛けようと思った。 頑張れファイトとろみどり。

今日は耳鼻科チームに出張です。 耳鼻科看るの久しぶり。 勝手が分からないから、いつもより慎重に、確実に…。 化学療法の人受け持って、一時間毎に抗がん剤が漏れてないか確認した（ふぅ～） 今日は軽い方ばかり受け持たせてもらったから、早く終わったです。 やから、先輩といつもの「びっ○りドンキー」でハンバーグ。 この先輩はチームリーダーになってから、ホンマにしっかりして頼もしくなったなぁ～としみじみ感じた。 私の心配までしてくださり、ありがたい。 いろんなこと相談してきました。 患者さんとの関わり方とか、今後のこととか。 「私ならこうする。」とか「チームで関わってるし、まだ3年目なんだから、一人で完璧にやろうとせんでいいよ。」と声かけてくださり、ためになった。 人に相談するって大事なことやなぁと思いました。
