この夏は猛暑のせいで良いこともありました。整形外科のリハビリで習った体操を自主トレしました。股関節の疼痛が軽減したことを9月１0日に記録として書きました。筋肉がついてきました。 左足着地の際に股関節に痛みのこない角度を模索中です。 理学療法士さんがリハビリの前に私の歩行姿勢をチェックします。私は重心の移動を慎重に考えながら歩いてみせました。痛みなく体重が左の足裏に移りました。 理学療法士　「なかなか前に進まないね。考え過ぎ！」 私　「はいっ！」 まだ身についていないのです。月面への新たな一歩のように楽しいプロセス。 （ナコス湘南　美智子） （写真の私はハワイ。切り株に肘をついて考える人）

フクロウは知恵の象徴。秋のフクロウはせっせと餌を捕獲して冬眠に備えるそうです。まだ残暑が厳しいですが、今日は太陽が隠れて秋の始まりを感じます。フクロウのように外に出る機会をもっと増やしていきます。（美智子） Owls are symbols of wisdom. In the fall, owls busily catch food to prepare for hibernation. キショール パルさんが車で川崎市から藤沢市まで迎えに来てくださりお家に遊びに行ってきました。キショールさんとカコリさんが心を込めて作ったバングラデシュの家庭料理をいただきました。長女のスレヤちゃんはピアノを楽しみ始めました。次女のジャヤちゃんも明るく元気いっぱいです。楽しいひと時を過ごしました。（美智子） Kishore-san came to Fujisawa to pick me up by his car from Kawasaki, and we went to their home.
