有隣堂のヤマハドラムレッスン３回目 (3/7, 3/21, 4/4)。新しいことを学びました。正面から右の方のドラムを叩く時は、体を右向きに「体幹ひねり」。大きいドラムを右足で力強く踏むには「腹筋力」が必要。ドラムは全身運動です。（美智子） The third drum lesson (3/7, 3/21, 4/4). I learned something new. 善行で日本の古民具を扱っているご近所の「和のアンティークの店　蝉丸」さん。冬の間、馬場さんご夫妻は模様替えをしました。お庭はだんだん春の佇まいになっています。務さんは工房で古民具材で新しいものを制作、澄江さんは生活骨董アイテムを素敵に展示しています。猫ちゃんもゆったり流れる時を幸せに暮らしています。（美智子） “Semimaru, a Japanese antique shop” is a neighborhood shop in Zengyo that deals in old Japanese folk tools. 私の髪の毛は天然のくせ毛です。アレルギーがあるので、今のところ、皮膚に支障のないヘナ染めしか出来ません。踊るくせ毛にロックンローラー調のオレンジ色。ポニーテールはソフトクリームの形。前髪のくせ毛をカチューシャで抑えています。これは自然の成り行きで私のオリジナルスタイル。ヘアサロンでメンテナンスをします。（美智子） My hair is naturally curly.
