月に一度、かかりつけの石川医院で処方薬を出していただく日です。茶道で使うおなつめは私のミニ薬箱。ミニサンタはキャンディーのようなお薬に埋もれています。健康管理のお陰で今年も元気に過ごしています。（美智子） Once a month, I go to my regular doctor, Ishikawa Clinic, for my prescription medication. 日帰りバスツアーに参加して山梨の身延山久遠寺（みのぶさん くおんじ）に行ってきました。穏やかな良いお天気に恵まれて楽しい一日を過ごしました。（美智子） I took a day trip by bus. I was blessed with beautiful, calm weather and had a wonderful day. (Michiko)

パソコンのYouTubeで聴くスカルラッティのピアノソナタ。偶然、画面に出てきたクララ・ハスキルの演奏に心惹かれました。どういうピアニストかと検索してウィキペディアの文章を読みました。以下は抜粋。（美智子） 彼女は自分の演奏会のチケットを同封した手紙を、師コルトーへ何度も送って来場を請うたが、コルトーは一度も会場に足を運ばなかった。妹弟子の遠山慶子がコルトーに、なぜクララのコンサートに行かないのかその理由を問うと、コルトーはクララに明かさぬよう遠山に約束させた上でこう答えた。 「クララに必要なことは放っておくことだ。どのような人にどのように教えるべきかを発見するのが教師にとって一番むずかしいことだ。クララは、バランスがとれないような、孤独な時にもっとも素晴らしいものを生み出す才能がある。生涯満足をさせないことが彼女を生かす道なのだ。」

サムさんとエリーちゃんと藤沢駅の近くで待ち合わせました。ランチをしながら色々なことを話しました。美味しいピザでした。（美智子） I met up with Sam-san & Elly-chan near Fujisawa station. We had a good conversation while having lunch. It was a delicious pizza. (Michiko) ナコス湘南
