月に一度、かかりつけ内科医の受診日でした。待ち時間が長いので私は待合室の椅子でストレッチをしました。股関節がこわばらないように、先日、整形外科医から教わった貧乏ゆすりもしました。お陰で順番で名前を呼ばれると診察室までスッスッと歩けました。 まず血圧測定。いつもは「いいですねー」と言う医師。 今日は少し高め。医師「まあいいでしょう」と残念そうな声。 私「待っている間、貧乏ゆすりをしました。やり過ぎ」 次に体重測定。私は自信マンマンで体重計に乗りました。 一ヶ月で２キロの減量。医師「あっ２キロ減りましたね」 私「ヨッシャ！」と言って得意のポーズ。 私「あと何キロ減らせばいいですか？」 医師「まあこれくらいでいいでしょう」 私「はい、ほどほどに」、医師「ほどほどに」 合言葉のように目を合わせて、私は診察室を出ました。 そのあと気が緩んだ私はお蕎麦屋さんでランチをしました。 （美智子） It was my monthly appointment with my Primary Care Physician. サンマと小松菜のお料理の出来上がり。朝食を作っています。骨を取り除いた新鮮なサンマを昨日ローゼンで買ってきました。サンマをオリーブオイルで炒めて、茹でた小松菜にゴマをかけて、フライパンで混ぜました。北海道・青森県沖太平洋のサンマ。（美智子のきままレシピ） Sanma (pacific saury) and komatsuna dish is ready. 歯医者さんへ行きました。歯科衛生士さんとの会話です。 私「歯ぐきが下がっている部分があるので、頑張って歯磨きしてマッサージしています。どんな歯ブラシが良いですか？」 歯科衛生士「中村さんの場合は、柔らかい先の尖った小さい歯ブラシが良いと思います。硬い歯ブラシは逆効果になります。ゆっくり時間をかけて歯磨きすると良いですよ」 この歯ブラシを買ってきました。頑張り過ぎずほどほどにします。 ナコス湘南 I went to the dentist.
