Hawaii Spring

青い空お花が咲いた春が来た

あおいそら　おはな が さいた　はる が きた

Spring is here in Hawaii! The past two weeks have been nothing but constant rain and south west winds with many parts of all the islands having trouble with flood conditions. This past week the weather has finally changed and now there are blue sunny skies with breezy North winds to dry out the islands from all of the rain. It is still a little bit cool in the early morning and evening but this will soon give way to warmer weather. Some of the trees have now blossomed and it is green all around!

ハワイに春がやって来ました！ここ二週間のお天気は、ただ雨と南西の風が吹き続いただけでした。島々の多くの地域で洪水の問題もありました。しかし先週ようやく天候が回復しました。青空が広がりさわやかな北風が吹いて、降り続いた島々に恩恵をもたらしています。早朝と夕方はまだ少し肌寒いですが、もうすぐ暖かくなるでしょう。花を咲かせている木々もあり、辺り一面が緑に覆われています。
