February storm

screeching winds bring high waves

surfers paradise

暗い雲二月の嵐やって来る

くらい くも　にがつ の あらし　やってくる

February in Hawaii is often the month for storms and this weekend we have our first storm warning. on Friday night the south winds are supposed to get very strong and on Saturday through Monday the winds will shift to North, North East winds with heavy rain and possible thunderstorms. The North Shore of all the islands has a high surf warning and on Oahu the waves are predicted to get over 30 feet, 10 meters high. Oahu is now under a flood warning until Monday. Many of the tourist boats have already canceled. A normal part of February!

二月のハワイは嵐がよく来ます。今週末ハワイに今年初めての暴風雨警報が出ました。金曜日の夜は南風が非常に強くなるそうです。土曜日から月曜日にかけて北と北東の風に変わり、大雨、雷雨をもたらす可能性があります。ハワイの島全ての北の方面には高波警報が発令されました。オアフ島では北の方面の波の高さは１０メートル以上になるそうです。オアフ島は金曜日から月曜日まで洪水注意報が発令されています。色々な観光の遊覧船はすでに欠航になっています。ハワイの二月にはよくあることです。
