藤沢有隣堂のヤマハドラムレッスン16回目。ドンッ、ドンッ、ドンッ、一つずつ体の重心を乗せてフットペダルを踏み込む。下半身とお腹の筋肉が足りません。自分への課題を心に留めるのは楽しいことです。(美智子)

This is the 16th Yamaha drum lesson at Fujisawa Yurindo. Boom, boom, boom, one by one, placing my body’s center of gravity on the foot pedal and press it down. I need more muscle in my lower body and stomach. It’s fun to set goals for myself. (Michiko)
